Great Pan!
We were looking to replace a set of premium brand hard anodized Teflon coated cookware we had purchased several years ago. The hard anodized finish had disintegrated and the Teflon was shot with regular use.We looked for a stainless steel pan that had a ceramic.coated interior and lit on Greenpan. The tri ply stainless shells are strong, sturdy, and distribute heat quickly and evenly. The ceramic coating is truly non-stick and easy to clean. We have had no issued even when using metal utensils and washing the pots and pans in our dishwasher. So far we are sold 100%.Our only complaint was finding open stock for the exact sizes we wanted. We ended up with Chatham Stainless 2.5 quart pots, and the 8" and 11" Venice Pro Stainless pans. Other than the Chatham pots having a somewhat darker ceramic interior, it's hard to tell they come from different lines.Highly recommended.

Best non-stick frying pan I have ever owned
I have owned other Greenpan frying pans and they were great for about 6 months and then they started losing their non-stick qualities to at least some degree. This model frypan is the best I have ever owned. I have had it for a year and still working like when it was new! I just decided to purchase a 2nd one for my vacation place. I use the frying pan every morning to cook 4 eggs and most evenings to cook fresh fish. In both cases I start the heat at half way (medium) and turn it down from there.

Best alternative for non stick pans
We have a stainless steel set and yeti hate teflon as it doesn’t last long and can leech into your food. This ceramic coated pan is excellent!!! In every way. We got three in different sizes.

Don’t Know How It Could Be Improved
What else is there to say? I just love this little pan. Even heat distribution, so so easy to clean. Product description says that it is dishwasher safe but packaging said that pan will last longer with hand washing. It’s so easy to clean that washing by hand is not an issue. Very happy with this addition to my pots and pans.

Review of fry pan and chefs pan (cant review separately)
Update: It has been 11 months of light use of this pan and only hand washing. It has never been banged against anything. Today I washed it up as usual and then noticed a chip when I was drying it off. The coating chipped off on the inside where the rivet attaches the handle. Greenpan informed me today that chipping is normal and I can rest assured it is save to use. I just informed Greenpan that going forward I will remember that the 2 year warranty on their expensive cookware is a useless lie.________________________________Update 3/15/22: I did get the frying pan to brown scrambled eggs and a hamburger. You just have to be careful about using very small amounts of oil and watch it. It seems to take longer. I used light virgin olive oil, which is not recommended, because I just bought a new bottle. It worked well as long as I am careful, and no high heat using oil. Melamine sponges work well for cleaning these.I just received this fry pan on 1/12/2022 and have used it once. My observations so far:1. If you expect the bottom of the "Evershine" stainless to not scratch, think again. I carefully hand washed this pan right out of the box. I carefully cleaned my glasstop electric burners, specifically the one I sat the pan on. The pan had small scratches all over the base immediately just from sitting there and me turning it to take a pic. I doubt just stainless steel alone would have scratched that much2. I do see 2 very small miniscule chips along the top of edge of the pan. We will see how that goes.3. This morning I fried an egg in it with a little butter, which worked well and slid right out of the pan. However, it seems to lack the ability to brown the egg at all on the bottom--I will try again and update my review.4. This is a somewhat heavy pan, but no heavier than my previous Cuisinart anodized, non stick. Weighs about 3.25 lbs.I like the light gray interior as my cooktop is currently a low light area until I replace an old microwave above. Also I see this is stainless steel with aluminum clad between layers of steel -- don't think I saw that when I researched it, but may have missed it.(Note: Greenpan told me all of their pans have a layer of aluminum near the center clad between the steel for better conduction of heat -- nowhere is this noted on their website or Amazon. It is only on the box. They stated it will never be exposed. My opinion - they should use copper for a pan this expensive).

Just ok -- not as nonstick as expected
Overall, I like the weight and solid feel, but it's not truly "nonstick". There's always residue even when using a little oil or butter. Plus there's a build up around the handle rivets that's impossible to clean. The residue in the pan cleans up ok, but after only a few weeks of light use, I can see the build up around those rivets. I wouldn't buy it again.

Attractive, Easy to clean, Value-priced; Generally non-stick
I've had this pan a little over a month. It gives me (mostly) worry free cooking that I am doing so without harmful chemicals in the pan or being released, but how do I know. Article after article tries to compare one to another- content of cadmium, lead, PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, other PFCs and what you read are manufacturers say lead, cadmium, PFOA and PFAS-free but leave out PTFE and other chemicals in their advertising so it is hard to compare. Enough of that. This pan is good looking, sturdy, very easy to clean, I think I paid $59 but there is always a sale. I don't use any metal utensils so do not know how it would handle that. I did not see any indication of more even heating (I actually saw the opposite) and as I have occasionally splashed part of an egg going onto the inside side of the pan had to use a bit more force than it just sliding off the side. This is a good pan, I would buy it again, but it is nothing magical nor would I know if any harmful chemicals are being emitted.

Works on induction hob
Finally a ceramic pan that heats evenly on an induction cooktop. Mostly I use stainless steel but for those must have recipes that need non-stick, this is perfect on an induction hob.
