It is amazing for my ceramic cooktop. It really fights grease or oil splashes and splatters easily and without fuss. I have tried many but this one is wonderful!

I've had our glass top stove for 20 years. I used a similar product to this one; I like this one better. It cleans and protects much better.

This cream works wonders on all kings of stains -- in the kitchen and elsewhere. Works especially well to remove baked on stains on gas range burners and grates. This is my bottle, although now more expensive than when initially purchased at Linen & Things, which went out of business (a connection = ?). Unfortunately, mid-way through using the bottle, the ribs running along the side split. I placed wide, clear packing tape on the sides to help prevent the cream from drying out. Eventually, the bottle split and I had to scrape out the remainder and put it in a good glass jar. I bought this 2nd bottle in hopes that the bottle design &/or type of plastic used (it is fairly brittle) had been changed from the original. NOT! Has not happened. Oh well. I often wonder if makers & designers of common household products actually do any real-world testing anymore. Like on coffee maker carafes that always seem to uncontrollably pour all over the place rather than a controlled stream out of the pour spout. When I worked for a well-known appliance maker as a design engineer, we constantly strove to please the end-use customer and did testing with our own in-house "home economist" technicians. We even invited & brought-in groups of common people to use the products, like on a new steam iron I was involved with. I guess in today's world these endeavors are considered needless & wasteful "luxuries" by company management since they run-up the cost of doing business. Oh well. This is the world we live in today. Made wherever in the world (usually China these days) and sold to the rest of us.

Hope's Cooktop Cleaner/Polish is simply the best. I've tried many brands, but Hope's always leaves my class cooktop looking better than any of the others. I have a really worn, scratched, stained glass cooktop stove in my apartment, and while it can't heal the scratches and marks, in general, Hope's gives the cooktop a nicer shine, the scratches and marks are a little less noticeable, and leaves it with a protective coating, which makes cleanup easier. I Love it, and highly recommend it! I would definitely use it from the start on a new cooktop to keep it protected.

Not only does this product leave your glass stove top squeaky clean, but it does so WITHOUT making a SUDSY mess! With other products, we had to rinse and rinse and RINSE the stove top because there'd be tons of suds all over. However, this product cleans thoroughly and efficiently without that hassle. Never again will we buy another brand!

The claims about this product are, at best, ambiguous. The label claims it "gently removes burnt-on material". Right below that under directions, it states, prior to using, "remove dried or burnt-on material with a sharp razor scraper", and in fact, the product by itself, does not remove dried on or burnt on material, in direct contradiction of some of the glowing 5 star comments left here. It does polish nicely.

When I bought my ceramic cooktop range 8 years ago, the appliance store gave me a bottle of Hope's polish--except the "Hope's" was well concealed on the bottle, and all it said was "Cooktop Polish." When I ran out, I went looking for more, but just couldn't find a match. So I bought the product that Frigidaire recommended. It was SO bad. It was slimy, took 3x as many paper towels and 3x as much time, and even then the cooktop had a film on it that was hard to wipe off. I went looking again and found this product--the packaging had changed but I was pretty sure it was the same company that had made the first product. And so it is! I can once again clean my stove in about a minute with one paper towel, no slime, and no scum. (Your mileage may vary.)
