The product arrived in 2 boxes one containing the complete pavilion and the other containing the heavy duty canvas roof. So if you buy the upgraded version you have an additional roof canvas. The pavilion went together effortlessly with the very minimum of screws or bolts. You do of course need a base to bolt it to. Once constructed it is difficult to manuver unless you have a person for each leg so I suggest constructing it where it will finally stand. When complete and bolted to the ground it is extremely strong and surprisingly rigid. The only difficult part was drilling the holes for the fixings as the base plates with the holes in are not big enough to allow drilling in in place so I had to mark all holes and then move the frame to drill the holes.It was difficult stretching the canvas over the roof but this made it tight once on so should stop any bagging of the roof when it rains. The curtains all zip together making it completely closed if needed. The only niggle I have is that there is no Velcro on the inside to allow hold back of half curtains.

Good quality gazebo, definitely not shower proof, also a bit awkward if you want to close one side and tie back the connecting side. Easy to erect, definitely a 2 person job,Overall, happy with purchase

My only dislike is the fact that I am unable to fasten the side curtain to the support post if I have closed the curtains on one side only.I have offered a simple solution to House of Tents but I’m not sure that they understood the problem.

Just finished putting this up, took two of us less than an hour. Easy to assemble but you will need an A - ladder to put the roof on. Certainly provides much more shade and rain protection ☔️ than our parasol. Side curtains work well with hooks & eyelets, but I’m not sure how the bottom of the curtains stay down in windy weather!

The thing is not water resistant at all every time it rains it collects water in the table leaks through waste of money too much money for what it isCan clearly see in the photos the water on the chair

Absolutely delighted with this item - had so many compliments from friends too - looks great, good quality & fully waterproof. Can't say it takes only 20 mins to put up unless you work like the grand prix pit stop guys!

Make sure it is firmly secured to the ground. it is not heavy and could be subject take off in a high wind.

Cette tonnelle est très facile à monter, elle paraît très solide, de très bonne qualité, on a pu tester aujourd'hui la toile anti UV, qui fait son office.De plus cette tonnelle est très classe, on est vraiment très agréablement surpris par la qualité de tout le châssis et les rideaux bien épais .Je recommande vraiment 😍
