I bought this for my brother for his birthday recently. He has to work weekends and is worried if he’s ok to drive the next day because he’s drank the night before so he buys disposable tests which can work out to be quite expensive after a while so I thought I’d buy him this so he didn’t have to. It comes with lots of mouth pieces which will last forever because he’s the only one using it anyway. It has a nice design with a clear view of the numbers (blood alcohol level) on the front which tells you exactly how much alcohol is in your blood. There’s a light that flashes green to tell you are safe to drive, an orange light to say you are nearly at your limit and a red light to tell you you are over your limit and it’s not safe to drive. Great little device and my brother is chuffed with it :) Very cheap for what it is I think. Comes with a nice carry case to boot lol My only gripe is that it would have been good if it came with rechargeable batteries but hey ho, I guess you can’t have everything lol Ok I’ll stop waffling now. Have tested the product multiple times since receiving it and it has functioned without fail every time. Instructions were a little hard to understand (I think they were translated from a different language) but easy enough to figure out.

I received this product but it did not include the mouthpieces. I contacted Kungfuren direct as requested in the documentation as it was claimed they would reply within 6 hours or less. I actually received a reply 2 days later! After much debate, Kungfuren finally agreed to send me the missing mouthpieces and said they would be with me in 15 days. That was 6 weeks ago!! - I also think the product gives totally inaccurate readings. I have tested positive for alcohol when I have not had a drink for several days. If you repeat the test it gives totally different readings everytime. I cannot recommend this product or Kungfuren. Since my writing this review, Kungfuren has not only refunded my money but also sent me a replacement product at no cost. The replacement works fine. It is just a pity they did not respond like this when I first contacted them. As a result, I have upgraded my initial rating from one star to three stars. They also assure me they have greatly improved their customer service so problems like I experienced will not happen again.

This product is designed nicely enough and it is very easy to use but the readings tend to be completely inaccurate.

Brilliant tool. Use it alot. Great for day after ensures you are not over the limit before you get behind the wheel.

Really like this product so far. Once it enabled me to drive sooner than I had anticipated. Another time it will longer than expected to be fit to drive. Rather than questioning the accuracy of the product I think this proves our bodies react differently to alcohol at different times. This product takes away the guesswork which I not understand can be totally unreliable. I can safely sit behind the wheel and there is a great sense of confidence to that.

Works perfectly and is so easy to read.I wanted to make sure after I’ve had a drink the night before I’m safe to drive in the morning. It’s very clear green your good to drive, orange ur on limit and red is over limit. It’s so precise that it will go down if u keep checking every hour or so. I was impressed it comes with lots of mouth tubes that are washable and a neat storage pouch.

Ich war schon seit längerem auf der Suche nach einem Alkoholtester für den privaten Gebrauch. Er sollte nicht all zu teuer sein, aber trotzdem möglichst genau und brauchbar. Nach längerem hin und her habe ich mich für dieses Produkt entschieden, da es einen guten Eindruck auf mich machte und der Presi auch passte. Um es kurz zu halten, meine Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfüllt, wenn nicht übertroffen. Der Versand verlief ohne Probelme und das Produkt war sehr gut verpackt. Es ist für den Preis gut gerfertigt und erweckt einen edlen Eindruck. Auch funktioniert es einwandfrei und liefert sichere, gute Ergebnise. Alles in allem habe ich genau das bekommen, was ich gesucht habe. Kann es jedem nur empfehlen.

Funktioniert insgesamt wie erwartet. Der Piepston ist leider sehr sehr nervig (piept bis zu 15mal bis er aus geht) und lässt sich nicht abschalten (Gerät aufschrauben und Lautsprecher abkleben hilft ein wenig). Das größte Manko ist aber der Messbereich: max 2 Promille. Um also zu testen, ob jemand noch Fahrtüchtig ist definitiv geeignet aber für alles andere unbrauchbar. Zur Qualität des Sensors kann ich wenig sagen da ich keinen Vergleich habe. Nach einem Bier wird direkt 1 Promille angezeigt, eine halbe Stunde später sinds nurnoch 0,3 Promille. Was mir zwar komisch vorkommt aber durchaus der Normal sein könnte.

Als das Produkt gekauft wurde, funktionierte es sehr gut und ich war damit zufrieden. Leider hat sich im Laufe der Monate die Genauigkeit der Messwerte verringert und auf lächerliche Ergebnisse reduziert. Ich habe über 4 Tage lang keinen Alkohol getrunken und es gab einen Wert von 0,7 +%. Was ich jetzt tun muss, ist es wegzuwerfen, da es nicht genau und Zeitverschwendung ist. Ich kann dieses Produkt niemandem empfehlen. When the product was purchased it worked very well and I was pleased with it. Sadly over the months the accuracy of the readings reduced and reduced to ludicrous results. I did not drink any alcohol for over 4 days and it gave me a reading of .7+%. What I need to do now is throw it away as it is not accurate and a waste of time. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

Ich weiß nicht, was man von einem solchen Gerät erwarten soll. Im Lieferumfang sind enthalten : -Das Gerät -eine Tasche für das Gerät -circa 20 Mundstücke Man braucht dementsprechend 2 AA Batterien, welche nicht enthalten sind. (Zudem müssen diese relativ voll sein) Die Bedienung ist super einfach (wenn man die Anleitung kurz durchliest) und wirklich idiotensicher, da es auch nur eine Funktion gibt. Über die Genauigkeit kann man natürlich nur spekulieren, da wohl kaum einer (auch ich nicht) ein geeichtes Gerät zuhause hat. Und selbst dieses geeichte Gerät könnte tatsächlich keinen genauen Alkoholwert bestimmen, da dieser nur als Blutwert rechtsgültig ist. D. H. wessen Atemalkoholtest bei einer Kontrolle durch die Polizei zu hoch ist, der kann dadurch nicht belangt werden. Durch den zu hohen Wert kann dann ein Bluttest angewendet werden, welcher auch rechtsgültig ist. Das messen des Atemalkohols ist immer schwierig, da dieser Wert sehr stark abhängig davon ist, wann zuletzt Alkohol konsumiert wurde. Dementsprechend sind diese Werte generell mit Vorsicht zu betrachten. Das Gerät selbst gibt Werte an, die mir persönlich etwas zu hoch erscheinen ( 2 Bier zu je 0,5 l sollen 0,82 Promille ergeben), jedoch habe ich keine wirkliche Vergleichsmöglichkeit. Im Internet gibt es zwar Promillerechner, aber auch da kommen eher geschätzte Werte heraus. Im Zweifel ist es mir lieber (so wie es hier der Fall ist) und das Gerät gibt höhere Werte an. Als Partygag ist das Gerät wirklich gut und auch der Preis ist in Ordnung, da durchaus die Ergebnisse untereinander nachvollziehbar sind, aber darauf verlassen sollte man sich nicht. Generell sollte man mit 0,00 im Straßenverkehr unterwegs sein. Für das Geld, geht es unterm Strich völlig in Ordnung.
