Math Workbook Grade 1: 100 Pages of Addition, Subtraction and Number Bond Practice

Very impressed by the illustration of pages, and simple instructions for each lesson. I was also impressed by the immediate use of the number line in comparison to other work books which mention the number line towards the end chapters or not at all. This work book is good for older patients or grandparents who haven’t had to assist with homework in several years.

It’s good for kids to practice their math skills

I bought this math skills book for my 5 year old grandson. He enjoyed working the math problems. I highly recommended for teaching and/or enhancing a youngsters math skills.

I don’t like how it’s so easy to catch on to the answers because of the ordering of the answers (ex. 5,6,7,8) would be answers to each question right next to each other. But this also could be too help kids learn about patterns. Overall good book to help.

This book follows Common Core and the old way of doing math. Kids get to learn both. There is a lot of repetition so the kids memorize number facts. The problems go in order, so if you know what 5+5 is, you can figure out what 5+6 is. Once my son figured that out, he got very excited.

Great workbook to keep my child learning math problems over the summer. Great price and he loves the front page where you can check off or put a sticker for each of the 100 pages that you complete. The accountability for his work makes a difference.

I wish they made more books like this, just straight out practicing math problems. I honestly ordered many different grade 1 math books and I hated most of them. Too many pictures and writings!!!!! But this one, I like!!!! My daughter did not get side tracked wanting to color the butterflies, count the stars, blah blah. Beginning to end, just problems!!!!!
