The system came with 3 fast shipments. But all the components have no model number and user manual. They don't match either Amazon description nor the models listed on their web site. The attached installation guide doesn't match the received items either. I scanned the barcode on the back of touch screen. The linked online installation guide also doesn't match the received components.I ordered a 4TB version. I received a 2TB HDD (manufacture date 2016) shipped from China mainland. I searched their web site. All 22" models have minimum 3TB HDD.After connecting all components based on my understanding, the mixer shows mics were connected but no sound from mic.The other issue was the stand can't stay stable on the floor. The cover on the stand also don't match the bottom stand plate. You can't securely connect them together.My felling is they just randomly sent whatever they had in the warehouse without verifying if these were right components for the system.The whole shopping experience is a completely disappointment.

Received 2 packages in 3 days from Hong Kong after shipping. Very nice and secured packing. The entire setup is easy and took me about 30-45 min to finish the setup. The interface of the touch screen is fast and smooth. I bough 8TB version, and it's pre-loaded about 160K songs in different languages, but mainly Chinese songs. Cloud downloading is fast and got lots of new songs ready to be downloaded, will see how often the new song inventory keeps updating in the next few weeks. BTW, the seller, Anson218 is very helpful and prompt to answer any questions you have. Will recommend to my friends.Update 11/18/19After almost 1 month of use, I am very happy with this purchase! My friends are amazed by all of the most up-to-date songs this machine has and the beautiful interface of the operation on the touch screen. The update of new songs is like once or twice per month and you basically will get all of the new songs you saw on Youtube or from the most popular singers and music TV shows

After a limited time, they keep “updating your song list and take away many songs. Then they ask you to join “VIP” (you need to pay $60-110) in order to have fast download the song you want. Without paying for VIP, it takes 10 minutes to download a song. Now I cannot find many songs I used to have. I am disappointed with the machine now. By the way, even I am ready to pay for VIP, the phone number and the barcode don’t work.

Have been using it for a month. Works really well, contains lots of songs including newest release. It continues adding new songs which is amazing. The system had problem at first after few uses, but the seller replied message within a day and helped with video demonstration. Really recommend.The instruction that came with the product might not be clear enough, but you can contact the seller if you have any problem.

Turn on the power, keep saying no signals, hdmi line to tv was good. Terrible

Brought this item for new year party, arrived on time, great quality. The most important thing was the seller help teaching my mom set up the machine step by step through phone!! Great service!!!

Stopped working after a month, screen comes on with a message saying (no internet connection) in Chinese.Then goes blank. Attempted to contact seller but no response. Worked great but zero customer service after it stopped.
