Dented pipe seems to be a recurring theme.
Seriously Selkirk. People are paying good money for your product. At least you can stop dented, beat up pipe from leaving the factory. No damage to packaging, so it was obviously packed that way. I'm not returning anything because I can't afford to wait and from what I'm seeing in reviews that would be fruitless anyway.

Great lightweight chimney option.
Great chimney pipe and arrived super fast. Small shipping dents were easy to pop out with a two hand slap but a suction cup from the auto parts store will work great as well. I was going to do a concrete block chimney again but these insulated pipes were such a simple option and the chimney was up in an hour and a half.

Extension on existing chimney! Very expensive!

Mine came with a big dent which I was able ...
Mine came with a big dent which I was able to pop out. I popped it out by tightening a strap that came with the roof brace kit, which I ordered in addition to the pipe, around the pipe at the location of the dent.

Damaged in shipping
It came damaged and I still tried to use it but so far no luck. I can't get ahold of someone to see if I can return it
