It looks great and for the most was easy to install. May have just been the size of my tub but I had to go buy and extension tube to make it long enough. This was still cheaper than buying a set at the big home improvement store. You will probably need a drain wrench to help tighten the drain and you will need plumbers putty. Pop up drain unscrews for install and cleaning later.

Use this for a bathroom remodel and it worked great and was a nice touch to have a black flow with her other black hardware

I bought this and should have done more research first. This is made of the same thin plastic pipe with compression, screw on fittings that you'd find under your bathroom sink, which is fine in an area where it can be accessed but I couldn't bring myself to install it where I'd have to cut up the downstairs ceiling to service it. I watched youtube vid on installation and the comments were full of "no screw together joints below the floor' and "that's a code violation". I went to Lowes and bought a PVC rough in kit that is solid and legal. The kit didn't include the drain and vent so I used the ones from this kit so not a total loss.

Worth it. Fit tub great and looks of good quality.
