Not too sure with a whole sandwich, but definitely Yes to half a sandwich and fruit/chips.

I’ve never tried a whole sandwich in the bento box, but I would definitely say YES to half a sandwich and fruit or chips. It’s really a kids lunch box and kids don’t eat that much anyway. The quality of the lunch box is sturdy and strong. I was happy with my purchase!

No why would you. It’s just one bar or separate piece. Great lunch box
