Let's Grow a Garden! (Lalaloopsy)

gardens are hard work- but worth it!
Blossom Flowerpot knows that the best way to celebrate spring is to plant a garden. She, along with Spot, gather all of the Lalaloopsy girls to weed, turn the soil, plant the seeds, water, wait and the finally see sprouts and eventually harvest. The girls learn that planting a garden is hard work but worth it, especially when they all can do it together.I like this book- especially since it explains how a garden works and where vegetables come from. The pictures are cute, they look like paper cutouts rather than the 3D cover image.

Not very stimulating
I have a child in my life who needs to learn patience, and so I thought this book would be helpful since she loves La La Loopsy. I was not impressed, but was also not disappointed. It's very short and doesn't really touch on the importance of being patient, but it does help with sharing and it is an easy read for a child.

Good book.
This is a great book for lovers of all things Lalaloopsy. The vibrant illustrations and simple story make it fun for readers or younger children who just love the dolls.

Better for an older child
I bought this book for my daughter for her third birthday to go with her new lalaloopsy doll. This book has quite a few words on every page. I think it would be better suitable for an older child. However, the illustrations are bright and cute and she does enjoy the book. It teaches about the steps in growing a garden which is nice. Overall, a good product, but I think better suitable for an older child.

Cute
My little sister has this doll and wanted the book as soon as she seen it on my ipad screen. It came on time and arrived with no bends. She loved the pictures of all the dolls and wouldn't quit asking me to read it.

Colorful, repetitive, thin pages.
I got this book for my 20 months old daughter along with 'Lalaloopsy The Ballet Recital' and honestly I didnt like it much. I think the story was fine and easy to follow but the way it was written was somewhat dissapointing. It repeated so much words like 'said' and the pauses werent well placed. Still my daughter liked it but its dreadful having to read it. The illustrations were nice with lots of vivid colors.I must admit that the pages are too thin and can easily break, I dont think the book will last very long, hopefuly it will. I bought other paperback books for almost the same price and the quality of the pages were nice and the books are surviving greatly but these Lalaloopsy ones are so fragile. You got to handle with care.
