Prior to publishing, it would have served the author to have this book proof read. No page numbers, typos and erratic spacing show little effort. The insights given are what any of us already gathered from the internet. The lack of quality is evident throughout.

This book deserves longer and an in-depth review and I do apologize for not providing that, but to summarize my experience - I think it's the best starter book. I have learned a lot and still learning.
