Wish the content was better described in the description.
To each their own but personally I'm uninterested in the pseudo scientific aspects of some of the classical martial arts. I've never heard of Chi and energy fields being used in muay thai, and that was a pretty big red flag for me with this book. Now that being said maybe the author truly believes that and maybe you may be interested in that, and this book will be something you love. Not for me though with regards to martial arts telling people they can feel energy coming from their opponents is not scientifically valid and can give a false sense of confidence to a practitioner. When you're talking about combat, that can tread on outright danger. That being said a few good things about the book to me was insight into some of the thai training methods, exercises, and flexibility routines. I got some good ideas for conditioning with little equipment. All in all though there are plenty of guys who are incredible fighters from simple hard work and practice. Not chi or super powers or even meditation (which is actually proven to be of benefit) If you want to get good at Muay Thai you need to find a good instructor, research his background thoroughly, and TRAIN.THEN if you'd like get some books like this to supplement your training but maintain a healthy sense of skepticism. With respect to the author this book wasn't for me but maybe for you.

Detailed explanations for each movement and premade routines at the end of the book. I've been doing the "flexibility routine" every night before bed and have definitely noticed improvement in training.

Good technique is Key!
The book is well written and illustrated, instructions seem pretty clear. Nothing complicated, it's simplified.Do remember that you won't become some Muay Thai or Boran master overnight. These things take time. Some people here in the reviews lack the understanding or seem impatient, my advice to them is read the book properly, apply the knowledge or methodology, if you can't then go to a class with a certified practitioner in Muay, and ask them how to apply the methods.Textbook and practical application are both different things, anyone been to school or university will know this.Good luck on your journey of self mastery!

Nicely explained basics
That's about it, very basic. Author talks about Muay referring to Thai martial arts but there is nothing about it in the book. Just postures in details. Disappointing. Over exaggerated sales jargon.

Very underwhelming
I was expecting a lot more from this book and the reviews it had, disappointed when I got it and flicked through it, forced myself to read through things but found nothing new or of interest.
