Comfortable while sleeping in any position and with good enough sound for speech radio and podcasts. I could listen to music for a bit through them if necessary but there is a trade-off of comfort over sound quality so they are not for audiophiles. But they are comfortable to wear and easy to connect via bluetooth. Pause and back/forward buttons are useful. At night time volume, my wife doesn't hear them when lying next to me - I don't know whether she would if I listened to music with a heavy beat. I have had many of these and they tend to last only about a year (the connections or wires wear out) but it's still worth it to have something to distract me from my tinnitus while getting to sleep or to listen to when I can't sleep or have woken up too early. I would prefer it if finer volume adjustments in volume could be made but really it's fine and I can move the speakers slightly away from my earholes if I want it at less than minimum volume. They charge up quickly and then last for nights.

Have been having problems sleeping and had tried to using an app with meditations and sleep stories.While the app was great the earphones I was using were uncomfortable when lying on my side, and soon woke me again after drifting off. That coupled with being tangled in the wires didn't make a great solution.I wasn't sure if I would fair any better with these sleep headphones but they have been great. Sound really good, didn't disturb OH, the blue light when on wasn't an issue, easy to charge and easy to pair with Bluetooth device, and most importantly they are comfortable.Not used them enough to comment on the battery life, but it lasted the night which is all I need so I'm happy.I was a bit warm on waking but it was one of the hottest nights in recent months so I'm going to complain about that. Well worth the money.

For reference, I'm a 6"2 male and I find the headband is perfectly comfortable and not too tight or loose. (If it was too tight, one could always cut it at the back and add a velcro adjuster.)I chose this model as I wanted something that I could use while watching TV, or walk around the house, and also use at night with the option to cover my eyes.The sound is fine, and what I expected from a device like this. It's more than good enough for listening to audiobooks at night or watching a bit of late-night Netflix on your tablet. Anyone that complains that the sound is poor is missing the point of this device. There doesn't seem to be much if any sound leakage so using it in company should be ok.Bluetooth pairing was easy with both my tablet and phone (IOS and Android). The headband controls are easy to use, although the volume buttons do sometimes respond a little erratically. It's fine and doesn't bother me. You can always use the volume buttons on your tablet/phone as well.I can't comment on durability or battery life yet as I've only had it a few days. However, so far it's performed exactly as I hoped. Given the price and the compromises made to allow use while sleeping, I think this is a great product.Update: June 2020.After 6 months of use, the headphones are still working fine. Battery life is plenty for a full night - I've never run out of power yet.I really do like these headphones for use when sleeping, and I use them every night.However, I have to admit that it is a bit annoying that, on some mp3 tracks, I can't turn the volume as low as I'd like to. The volume decreases to a certain level and the next level is completely silent. It feels like there's a 'gap' in the volume range. It's a nuisance but can be bypassed by moving the earpieces so they're not completely over each ear, thereby reducing the volume a bit more.

Purchased these as I enjoy falling asleep to music etc. but didn't want the inconvenience of wires going to my tablet. The headset is light and comfortable, and the electronics can be removed so the headband itself can be washed, something that will probably be required with extensive use. I haven't rated them for working out as I don't partake in sports.The audio quality, while not hi-fi, is pretty decent. The volume is quite loud when the earpieces are directly over your ear, which is a lot better than my pillow speaker which was quite muffled. Pairing and setting up with my Android tablet was straightforward.In use, as I sleep on my side I had to move one earpiece slightly away from my ear as it was a bit uncomfortable. This was only a minor inconvenience, I could still hear the audio well enough.The only criticism I can make of them is the control panel which sits on the middle of your forehead. Cosmetically, that is bad enough, but it lights up which really does make you look a bit silly. Thankfully, my wife hasn't had an opportunity to photograph me wearing them.(Updated March 2023)After many months use, I removed the Bluetooth unit and earphones to wash the headband in the washing machine. They come out relatively easily, but getting them back in is really difficult. There is obviously a technique, but 30 minutes later and I still haven't found it !!!
