This product definitely works. It makes me feel almost instantly fuller. I have tried things like weight loss tablets previously and they make me feel nauseous due to the high caffeine dose. They always give me trouble sleeping or even resting due to anxiety or a raised heart rate that I can’t stop thinking about!I do not have any side affects to report apart from feeling full.I like how the little sachet is quite discrete almost like a small sugar sachet you add to your hot drink. I had to eat in a hotel with workmates one evening and no one noticed me add it to a glass of water before my meal.The one thing I don’t really like is the flavour the first time I used one I had just brushed my teeth and the taste after that is so bad!It took a lot for me to try again at lunch to realise it’s not as bad as originally thought.Overall the gains far outweigh the bad taste.This is assisting me in a steady 3lb a week weight loss. I found these quite effective regarding weight loss, but found there were some drawbacks. Less than 24 hours after starting to use them I developed severe abdominal pain and chronic diarrhoea. The pain eased off but not the diarrhoea, unfortunately. The taste isn't great, but it's easily remedied by adding a splash of squash. The main issue, for me, is the fact that I have to take medication several times a day and I either have to take my meds at least an hour before or 4 hours after using the slimfast. This can be very difficult for me and lead to missed doses.

I was so excited to try these. For years I've avoided pills that talked about fat binding, but when slimfast (a brand I trust) produced these and I had the opportunity to try for free, I read up more about it, got excited and decided to try them. I even when on to purchase more when I finished the first pack, because I wasn't sure I had used them consistently enough (I kept on getting ill) to give a real test.Ultimately, these didn't work for me. I found it very hard to drink the amount of water needed, which was 250ml per capsule, which means 750ml per serving and you are supposed to have three services a day. 750ml in my stomach was uncomfortable.You also need to be really careful if you are taking any medication, timing things correctly. I take supplements as well as a medication, so in the end used this twice a day, making sure I took in the right amount of food to get the deficit I wanted.Having to take this 30 mins before I ate was pretty awkward too. It meant I had to be quite rigid about when I ate. That is fine if you are eating by yourself, but if you are eating with other people, it can be quite tricky to pull off.But the real crux for me is that this is a temporary fix. They even tell you not to take for more than 12 weeks straight. So, ultimately, even though you can lose weight with this, you are going to hit the same old problem: you don't know how to eat to keep it off. Ultimately, you aren't building good eating habits, just wasting food.Do I think this product does what it says? Yes. I lost some weight. Which then went back on when I stopped taking the product.I've since moved on to Intermittent fasting which is proving far more effective for me. I'm glad I tried this as it was part of what helped me see I need a lifestyle change. I'm sure these will be the right product for some people in the short term but ultimately I can't recommend them.

Twiglets, Quavers and Wotsits have around the same amount of calories but are heaped and more flavoursome

Disappointed as the full instructions are within the package so I had to open it to read them and unable to take as not suitable/safe for me to o use so in the bin as it was opened no good

3 tablets before each meal us a lot and very inconvenient when in company. I stopped using them. I regret not buying the sachets tbh.

I can’t give a thorough enough review as I have now stopped the Slimfast diet.
