Use these every night.
I have a skinny nose so sleep with one of these strips every night. It helps me breathe better while sleeping. I also use while at the dentist so i can breathe through my nose while they are working in my mouth. Note that the box I received had 72 strips, not 78. I like the clear strips because I have dry and tender skin. If you have oily skin, you may be better off with the tan strips (and wash your nose before applying). Sleep well, everyone!

Expensive but worth it?
Soooo expensive holy crap. But I tried all the different generic brands and they just don't come close to the quality of breathe right strips. Pro tip: if you have a nose ring, take it out first
