Very easy to use but a bit fragile

Tried this out and works well but difficult job and does not catch everything but much better than the spoon i used previously as still finding fish scales ......

metal is better than plastic for fish scale removal

A little plastic device which is supposed take scales off fish. I used this on salmon, this took a handful of scales off and then began to build up in grooves rather than going into the container. I tried on more than one occasion, different ways in case I was doing it wrong. Of course it is easy to clean as the scales are on the outside. I have now thrown in the bin, not worth it and keep your pence in your purse.

Thought this was going to be a 5 minute wonder but… it’s blade is sharp, effortlessly descales, majority of scales captured in it. Done salmon, bass and bream with it and no issues. Going to order another just in case of breakage as I use it everyday .
