The product was what I expected. It arrived in a timely fashion as expected. It did arrive with the chain broken. However, I was able to use what we had to make it work (my son would have been very disappointed if I had to send it back). I sent an email to the company explaining this and they did reply promptly. This leads me to believe they would have been right on top of it if I had wanted it replaced.Overall we are pleased with the choice.

One of two arrived broken
I ordered 2 of these. One arrived in prefect condition and looks great. However, one arrived broken. The whale was detached from the cord. I glued it back together. I’m just disappointed that it came already broken.

Very easy to attach to the ball chain light switch
This is really neat. Very easy to attach to the ball chain light switch. My daughter loves it! It has held up just fine for the last two years. Still look great!

The whale fan pull is beautiful and detailed. However, when I put it up, the second time I pulled on it the chain broke right where it meets the whale.

Perfect Addition
This was the perfect addition to my daughter's orca themed room. It is good quality and she was very surprised to receive something so unique. It is definitely not the focal point of her room, but one of the little things that make it special. I ordered it on 12/15, it arrived in plenty of time for Christmas and was well packaged.

Remodeling my daughters room and it's now a ocean themed room. This was a perfect addition to her room only thing is that it could have been a little bigger. When you hang it up on the fan it's kind of hard to see. Overall good detail and quality is there!! CUTE
