I can’t believe it does not flatten when put under mattress, but it works just as stated. I am very happy with this purchase. It really helps with acid reflux and sinuses. This was not a cheap item to buy, but not complaining since it works. I would recommend to anyone that has GERD or sinus issues.

Not a good solution ... get an adjustable bed, You end up at the bottom of the bed at the end of the night. And there are NO RETURNS.

It’s perfect. Use for Gerd. Stays in place. Sleep normally and don’t notice that it is there. Highly recommend if you have gerd.

My husband had acid reflux and we could not get it clear up. After one night an the mattress wedge he began to feel better. It has almost cleared up totally. He says that my snoring has gotten better also. We have a King bed and we needed 3 people to install the two individual wedges. Love this product and it was worth every penny we spent. Before I purchased the under mattress wedge from Reflux Guard, I was never able to sleep. My heartburn would attack throughout the night keeping me awake. The tums would never work and it was painful. Reflux Guard did the job. It kept the acid from coming back up and allowed me to sleep at night. I tried many other foams that were placed above the mattress but they would always move, fall, and not good enough. This stays put under the mattress and will never move.

YOU ASK ... HERE IS WHAT I DID AND HOW IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING OUT. I removed my 7.5 inch box spring and replaced them (KING SIZE BED) with two platforms 2.5 inches. I had already replaced the mattress (13.5 inches) with a foam mattress (10.00 inches). This brought my bed height at the head to 27 inches and at the foot to 22 inches. The results are a low bed that is easy for my wife (81 years) at 5.2 inches tall can get into easy. No more GERDS in the two weeks since the make over. Also... she has not had any leg cramps. I read someplace that leg cramps can be caused by de -hydration. The slop seems to keep our legs hydrated. So far...GREAT! Easier to get out of bed also! IS THIS A WINNER OR WHAT??

This wedge really helps my acid reflux. I haven't thrown up in my sleep since I purchased it. Also, Tommy, the owner offers world class customer service. His product is top quality and he even helped me fix an issue with my back. Note to anyone with a sore back. If the slant is a problem, put something under the foot of your mattress. Having my feet up and my head elevated allowed my lower back to relax at night.
