I had a discectomy (removed a disc in neck) a decade ago and I still have problems. Don’t do it you’ll regret it. Especially if they are putting hardware there to fuse. Anyway, I have bad spasms in my shoulders and especially my neck up to my head. This helps so much so I wish it never gets warm . Lol. It helps me fall asleep as well. This also helps with hot flashes! Ladies don’t freeze out the hubby. Lol. I use this and it helps even on my legs. Hope this helps

If you have a straight or a reverse curve neck, this is for you! Anytime I start to feel pain at the base of my skull I use this and it usually takes away the pain without meds. The trick is to use it before the pain gets to severe. I keep it in a plastic container (shoe box size) with a dryer sheet in the freezer 24/7 to keep it ready, smelling fresh, and away from frozen foods.

It took a little playing around to figure out the best way to use this. Folding it in front, then holding with one hand to weight it down was the trick! I love it, it's a great ice pack!

I love this, wish the shoulder parts were a bit longer so it stayed in place a bit better, but overall, it does exactly what I need it to do. I suffer from severe migraines and sometimes cold packs help tremendously (in addition to dark and medication) but I needed something that I could use on my shoulders and neck that was made specifically for that purpose. This is that! It the perfect ice pack with the cut outs in it. I would definitely recommend this for others.I also live in the middle of the desert and some times no matter how low we have the AC I cannot cool off - I noticed this helps significantly with that as well. So this is a win-win for me!

I do love this. I will admit that the wrap strap is a bit awkward, but if you're chilling on the couch it's almost nicer to lay it flat and lay on it and adjust as needed.It stays cold for a very long time. I like this ice pack a lot.

Stays is cold very long time and conforms easily to your body. It is the perfect temperature and not so cold that it hurts

Absolute garbage and don't recommend at all. Used it for ice once, put in the freezer for about 15 hours and took it and was completely rock hard. Like serious, how am i supposed to use that around my neck. Left it out for about 2 days to thaw and decided to use it in the microwave. Followed the directions and put in the microwave for 1 minute. It was hot for about an hour and then was cold, put in the microwave for another minute and all i heard was a loud bang and by microwave door blew open. Well spent an hour cleaning it all up. After all, i wouldn't recommend what so ever. If your looking for something for your neck, purchase better quality.

My wife loves it. It is a little small but works really well hot or cold!!

The cover/case only fits 26" neck.(I have 15 1/2" M). Non adjustable. The cooling pack is ok, however you'll have to find a way to attach around your neck.
