Horrible packaging
I received this product without any discription on how to open it. The packaging to use the spray was confusing. Once we figured it out I was very disappointed as to top came off very easily and leaked the red product thus preventing me from being able to feel confident carrying it in my purse.

Just Chew Gum
Smells like it tastes. After squirting it in my mouth 2 or 3 times, it's clear after a few hours that this smell will be with me ALL DAY LONG.

Easy to use, closure built in
The media could not be loaded. A spray appetite suppressant seems too good to be true. But, this is working for me. For best results, the spray does suggest using it with exercise, and for 3-4 months. I haven't had it that long yet. I found the spray easy to use. I demonstrated in the video how to open it when it first arrives, as well as how it sprays and how to close it. Once closed, I shook the bottle, but was unable to get it to leak. It seals up nicely.The spray has a raspberry flavor. It does have a slight taste beyond the raspberry. It's a vitamin taste, and I think the guarana seed extract coming through. It does not have an overly aftertaste like some other sprays I've tried. The sweetener used is sucralose, which I can slightly taste, but the raspberry flavor covers it well. I use the spray mostly when I get the munchies between meals, and especially at night after dinner, and before bedtime. I've found that a few sprays does curb my desire to go get a snack. Also, the act of grabbing something and putting it in my mouth is helpful from a learned habit perspective. I can't speak to whether the spray has increased weight loss, but it has decreased my calorie intake.I received this as a promotion in exchange for a review. All opinions and experiences are my own, and not affected by the promotion.

Tastes good
Taste is good. Have not used this very long so no results yet. Will have to update after I try this for longer.
