Q: Does this work to bond (glue together) a peltier module to a thermoelectric sink? Its for juggernog mini fridge.

Arctic Silver 5 is not an adhesive and will only hold a heat sink in place via suction (yes like a suction cup) unless you clamp it. I have some thermal adhesive tape that I use for Peltier if they are not clamped down, otherwise I prefer thermal grease anytime adhesion is not a requirement of the conductive medium
