While this chair feels sturdy under my 250-lb weight, which is true to its advertisements, it is not suited for larger people, and would likely be uncomfortable for smaller folks with wider hips, as well. The chair curves in tightly over the hipbones, an area where I carry relatively little weight, and cuts in uncomfortably. The same is true for the raised bits on the seat, which come up underneath my thighs.The chair is cute, though, and true to the photos.Assembly was mostly easy but several of the wheels wound up with broken pieces as I inserted them-- they would not go in without bits of plastic shattering.

I wanted a baby pink chair to match my room & this chair is the perfect shade of pink. A lot of other gaming chairs looked like an orange pink. Be aware that it is a ROCKING CHAIR too. Soo if rocking back & forth annoys you, don't get it. I didn't realize that it was until I sat down. I don't prefer the rocking but the chair is soo pretty, I don't mind it now. It's comfty but I wish the arm rests didn't move.

I often sit in front of computer for a lot of time,whatever gaming or working, and I was looking for a good chair to support ,especially for my back.After using it, it's pretty well,the seat is soft and large,and the height could be adjusted to match my need, high back design is good support even headrest and lumbar pillow which is also adjustable to be matched,what's more. it's really nice to lie dwon this chair even footrest support, how comfortable to fall asleep easily.Totally love it.

Very nice, comfortable chair. The added lumbar pillow is too hard for me but I added a massage/heat cushion and it’s awesome!

Bought this chair back in February and it only last for about 6 months till the wheels broke off of it! I tried contacting their customer service to get new wheel part, but unfortunately they never responded back to me. Can't say I recommend this chair after getting no help!

Very comfortable and easy to put together. When I received it, one of the armrests would not stay up but after submitting a request a new one was sent out very promptly, even around the holidays. Great customer service.
