the initial item had wear and the hoses leaked when installed. i emailed the company and they tried to troubleshoot and at my request, sent me a brand new faucet. the faucet is very elegant and works beautifully! it is quite powerful, so i may put a stop of some sort on the lever to control output, but otherwise, this is a great product and the company handles issues promptly! i highly recommend the faucet and this company!

This is a very nice looking and solid piece. I purchased the brushed nickel faucet. Compared to the similar product from the local big box store (save big money) this looks significantly higher end due to the larger size and robust design. I did have to exchange the first item sent to me because it leaked. No problem with the return and the second one works fine. I was considering a higher priced (2.5x) PF and read that the stainless steel showed finger prints. This faucet does not have that issue. It has a clear coat (appears to be powder coated) that does not show prints and cleans up nicely. The hose attachment is a bit of a pain but works ok. No fault of the faucet, but you will definitely need to throttle the flow. First time I turned it on, water shot 4ft across the room. I adjusted the the cold and hot water flow with the shut off valves to provide appropriate flow with the warm water position (in the middle). With this setting however water would just trickle when full cold or full hot was selected. I found reasonably priced 1/2" compact water pressure regulators shipped from China through an E auction site (fourteen dollars ea. model DN15) and installed one on each the hot and cold side. Nice reasonably balanced flow now no matter where the lever is set. This faucet does exhibit a bit of noise with the water running through it. Overall a good purchase with a value priced product that compares well to more expensive faucets. I would definitely reccomend.

Nice faucet. Build well. Unfortunately it's loud as hell. Our bedroom is on the other side of the wall from our bathroom and it sounds like someone's taking a shower

While this faucet looked great, it leaked. I ordered a replacement part, had it professionally installed, and it still leaked. I have to replace it at my own cost. I was very disappointed because it was the perfect look for our newly renovated bathroom.

Finished the house and increased the water pressure from 45 to 55 pounds and now the faucet leaks. I have sent the company an email 2 month ago to no avail. Looks great but doesn't function! I would recommend another faucet.

Beautiful, very sturdily built. We installed the faucet to the side of a large vessel sink and had to buy an extension for the water supply line that came with the faucet. Works and looks fantastic.

We bought two of these for our vessel sinks. They are heavy duty and look great. Would buy again.

Beautiful faucet but only will work if you have a deep sink. My sink isn't so deep so the water jumps up and splashes you. I wish it worked with my sink because it is made with great quality. I highly recommend for sinks deeper than 5 inches.

Good deal, has a strong sturdy feel. I would buy it again and recommend it.Cons- mounting hardware was way to short to reach through the countertop, so some drilling was needed.- supply lines way to short, expect to visit your local hardware store for extensions- does not reduce water pressure or have any type of flow limiter, water shoots way out at full pressure, expect to have to throttle the water pressure at the supply on/off vales or install some type of pressure reducer.It’s a good faucet but it’s not the same as one made by Moen but those cost 3x as much.
