Cool Pup Splash About Dog Pool in Blue, Portable

Arya the 62 lb. lab spends much of the Texas summer in her splash about dog pool, and we have been very happy with it. When her dog-friends come over to play, they chase each other through it and wrestle in it - it's held up nicely for one spring and summer so far! She occasionally digs, so we watch her and train her not to dig in the pool, but even with her digging she has not punctured the pool. Honestly, though, if she did, I think duct tape would patch it up nicely as it is pretty flexible. The sides are very strong and the bottom is made of a thick plastic...not dig-proof, but about as good as you can expect if you want to fold it up and put it in the shed.Would definitely buy it again!

It arrived in 1 day so that was great. It unfolds very easily and seems to fold up pretty easily too. I got the medium and is the perfect size for my pack as I have a 20# terrier and 2 90# mutts. It's slightly taller and bigger around than the hard sided cheap pools I have bought at Walmart every summer. I'm a little worried that my digger will damage the bottom but time will tell. The sides have a little weight to them which holds them up. The bottom is flexible so it molds to uneven ground. I gave it 4 stars due to price.

We have been using this for several weeks for our ducks. We haven't experienced any of the leaking problems some people have posted, but we do think this pool is very poorly designed.DO NOT BE FOOLED by the advertisement of a drain - this drain is all but useless. The drain is located nearly 3 inches up the wall of the pool, meaning when it's all done draining, you still must brute-force the pool up and over to empty out the last 3 inches of water.Very poor design - we wanted the drain so we could use a hose to take all the gross duck water away from the duck coop area, but since we have to dump a LOT of water on the ground every day anyway because of the placement of the drain, our coop still gets soaking wet.A lot of good money wasted as we need to shop now for a solution where the drain actually EMPTIES the pool (imagine...who would have thought up a drain so far up the side?!?!)

Let me start by saying I LOVE this pool for my dogs. My dogs LOVE this pool. It is a snap to set out & fold up again once dry. However, I've used it twice, and I now have a tear on the bottom seam. I've used this pool twice on a level grass yard (NO rocks). It is stored in it's bag, inside. I think it it totally worth the money, if it would hold up.

Had gotten the small version for our 50 pound dog, but she wouldn't go in it since she couldn't lie down very well. I liked that it was very heavy weight plastic and easily storable, so I gave that away to a small dog owner, and ordered the medium size. Our dog loves it. It is the size of the hard plastic kind, yet folds for storage. Seems pretty sturdy. Our dog does not dig in it, though, and just likes to jump in and lie in it to cool off. It would probably be good for kids , also, since it is surprisingly sturdy. Great product for people that have limited storage space and no place to put a rigid plastic pool in the cold season.

Made for dogs, I don't think so. After one use it was leaking like crazy. I finally just threw it away. I would understand if my pup was digging at it with his claws but he was just walking around in it and laying down. I even sent it back and they sent me a new one and the same thing. Give me a break!! Don't buy it, just get an old fashion plastic kiddie pool and put in a drain. It's easy and I have had the same one a year now.

Oh my! As soon as the pool was delivered I unpacked it, took it out in the back yard, filled it with about 5 inches of water, and after just a couple of minutes of coaxing our 10 month old Labradoodle over to drink from the pool, he was in the pool, out of the pool, in the pool running around in it, back out, back in - you get the idea! This will be great during the muggy summer days. Only caution so far is keeping him from drinking all the water which when back inside translates into constant ringing of the bell to go out and pee pee! Hoping the pool will outlast the puppy play!

It's really hot in Los Angeles right now and I wanted my 50 lbs pit/greyhound mix to be able to chill and splash around. There's no setup, just take it out of the packaging and fill with water. Seems to be very well made, it's been 2 weeks, and even though she sometimes claws at the bottom there are no rips. Wall stays upright and it's just low enough for her to jump in and out. She's smaller then the dog in the picture. Pool is easy to empty and fold away if you don't want it lying around. My dog loves it, she's using it every day. This pool will definitely be around for years to come.
