Jojo Siwa Backpack Lunchbag Set (Rainbow)

The backpack and lunch box are both very cute and look just like the photos. I got this set for my 5 year old to take to kindergarten. The backpack is your typical grade school sized bag and I love it. I was excited about having a matching bag and lunchbox that attaches to the backpack. My issue is the lunch box. It is a lot smaller than your standard school lunch bag and it is not insulated at all. It’s literally just made out of one layer of thin fabric. I figured all lunch bags of this type would be insulated so I didn’t think it would be an issue. So now I have to go find my daughter another lunch bag that will actually keep her lunch cold. I expected better since this is a branded product.Another thing...a selling point to this was that the lunchbox attaches to the back pack which is excellent for younger kids who lose things. Once the lunch bag is filled up with food, it sags a lot and looks like it won’t hold. It’s only being held on by two small pieces of Velcro so all it takes is the kid running around for the lunch bag to fall off. My daughter wanted to try the lunch bag out anyway. I packed her lunch with an ice pack and her lunch didn’t stay very cold. If you want this just for the backpack I’d say it’s a good buy but you’ll probably need a different lunch bag.

I was really disappointed in these items. The lunchbox which was listed as being insulated, has no insulation what-so-ever. It feels like a pencil case. No durability. They're very thin and I'm assuming not water proof. Overall, it's really cute but I'm disappointed im going to have to purchase a new backpack and lunchbox for my daughter.

The whole set was cheaply put together not as sturdy as need to be for carrying books. But my six year old loves it because it's Jojo Siwa.Not sturdy enough I can tell will need a new bag in a month's time. As I said I got this bag August 26, 2019 it has not been a month and the strap broke on my daughter whom is in the first grade. All she carries is a lunchbox, umbrella, a change of cloths and a paper folder. It should have not broke on her today September 19, 2919. It has not been a month yet, my daughter is so upset that now she has to use another brand and not JoJo whom she loves so much. So please if you get this item not for using for using everyday.

The backpack itself is sturdy. My daughter has been lugging her school work, lunch and occasional sneaker in it and it has not ripped. The lunch kit is super basic so I actually bought her a separate Jojo Siwa lunch kit separately this is better insulated and is bigger. Either way the bigger lunch kit and her folders fit the back pay well without feeling like i'm over stuffing her backpack. Given that this was under $20 when I purchased it, its a decent steal given also that other Jojo backpacks are more.

It’s a cute set but that’s about where it ends. Everything is so thin. There’s only the big, main pouch and side ones for a water bottle.The idea of the lunchbox attaching to the front is cute but the Velcro isn’t realistic to use. When we do attach, I worry the weight of the lunchbox will rip the backpack apart because it’s so thin. The lunchbox has zero insulation.

This is not worth $20! Even if it is a licensed product. I’m keeping it bc my 6 year old loves it but I’m 2 months I’m going to have to buy her a new one. I would say this is good for preschool only. My daughter is going into 1st grade and this will not last long. The lunch box is a big joke! My kid can use that for her Barbie clothes or something lmao

I purchased this set specifically because the lunchbox was supposed to be insulated. It is not insulated in any way, and the stitching in several places has me questioning how well it will hold up.However, my 1st grader is in love and wouldn't change anything.
