I have some very severe joint issues, along with soft tissue inflammation. I believe that because of these problems, supplements take a bit longer to work for me. That being said, after a few weeks, I am seeing some improvement. I am not planning on going out jogging, but I would be thrilled if I could just get up and down the stairs! I do notice a bit of pain relief, so I am cautiously optimistic about my results! And after being in serious pain for 23 years, this is wonderful!

I'm mid 60's and if I sit too long, everything tightens up. In addition, I have a chronic long term shoulder and neck issue. After just a few days of taking I was experiencing freer movement upon rising ( I didn't have to stand there for a few seconds for my joints to accommodate movement), I can do weight bearing exercises on my shoulder. I started this 2 weeks ago and really didn't expect such a quick resolution to my joint pain. I'll continue to take as long as I get this kind of relief.

I gave it to him as directed and I believed that it worked but talked myself out of it. So I didn't buy anymore. Then before a couple of weeks were up he was not walking well. So now I'm absolutely sure it works. Works quickly also. It is $30. a month but worth it since he didn't get new knees when he was younger. I'm happy now, it's working again.

What this product has over similar products:1) it works very well - it takes about a month then one suddenly realize - my knee doesn't hurt much at all. Which is 2) (and this is a biggy) you only take one pill a day. Needing to take pills two or three times a day creates a real opportunity to miss a dose on a regular basis then one starts thinking I've already missed a number of doses so why continue at all. Game over and one continues with pain.

I used to take 2 200 mg naproxen a day, but since using VeraFlex have totally stopped taking the naproxen. Both of my knees have been replaced and get sore if on my feet for a long period, like golfing or long walks (4 miles or more)But for normal day to day activity VeraFlex works wonders for me..
