Didn't have to use my inhaler as ofter during season change.
I didn't have a huge noticeable difference, but I did notice a slight difference. I primarily used this when the season was changing and I noticed I did not have to use my inhaler as often; if you have asthma or asthma-like allergy symptoms you will appreciate this.

Blessing for Loved Ones who Smoke
My boyfriend is a smoker and I hate it. It's been over a year already I can feel some constriction in my breathing. I think the second hand smoke was really starting to affect me. Don't get me wrong I love my boyfriend, but he really needs to quit smoking!!!! Even with lung cancer looming in the horizon he just doesn't get it and it drives me nuts!! Anyway, I did a search on Amazon for lung care products. I wanted an herbal based product since I wasn't too keen on the pharmaceutical types ... I'm always worrying about side effects. Canfo was having some sort of promotion on its lung care product so I decided to give it a shot. WOW! In three short days I already noticed improvement: I could breathe easier--this cleanse really worked! I've been using LungCare for over a week now and I couldn't be happier. BUT! My boyfriend still needs to quit.
