Don't appear to be hosta seeds. Junk that won't germinate
I've seen hosta seeds. These seeds aren't like any hosta seed I've ever seen. And they are just little flakes not little hosta pod-type seeds. I have no idea what these are. They are small squarish flakes and the packet came with lot of garbage from whatever they were produced from. If they had been hostas I wouldn't mind cleaning them but they weren't. And whatever they are they have failed to show any signs of germinating. What of waste of time! Not to mention the $.

Few germinated and few are surviving
I ordered seeds from two different plants. Both arrived in the same package from China labeled as jewelry. The seeds were in small clear sealed bags. Neither bag was labeled to identify which plant and neither contained instructions for planting. I researched the internet to find comparable plants which includes photos of seeds to help me identify each plant. Only a few plants sprouted in a seeding starter kit with a plastic lid (like a mini-greenhouse) that I purchased at a local plant store; and most have died within days.

I'd give less of a star if I could
I planted these seeds the day after I received them, in several different pots, back on June 25th, hoping that I'd have lots of seedlings which then I planned to thin out. NOTHING EVER SPROUTED. It's almost August 1, and nothing, zero, zilch, nada sprouted. Total waste of my money.

Concerned
I ordered these hosta seeds to try to grow my own. However, when they arrived they did not look anything like hosta seeds. Not sure if I should keep them or not since seeds coming from China are reported on the news lately as a scam of some kind.
