More Than Gourmet Glace de Viande Gold Reduced Brown Stock, 1.5 Ounce Packages (Pack of 6)

I have purchased everyone of there flavors because they are excellent. I add them to soups, stews and sauces. They have good ingredients.

Gourmet Glace de Viande Gold is my go to when cooking Beef Wellington, Prime Rib or Ribeye Steaks. Everyone raves about it and now use Gourmet Glace for the glace/gravies. the nice thing is Gourmet Glace is so versatile, you can add juices from the cooked beef or you can sauté mushrooms and then add the glace. The other nice thing about glace is that it is simple and quick to make and you do not need to be a gourmet cook to make but the flavor is delicious that everyone will think you put hours into making it.

Not just salty. Tastes like beef. You can nibble with a spoon. The best demi glace available

Has nice flavor. I add about 4 water to 1 part. I add a little balsamic vinegar spoon of tomato and a little red wine vinegar to reduce saltiness. I would definitely recommend buying.

We are a fan of Kitchen Basic stock, but bought this based on the recommendation of a local chef. Easy to use and we were pleased with the product - great flavor.

A few times a year I make Osso Bucco. The recipe calls for "brown stock." In the old days, I made my own -- but given my advancing years, I was looking for an easier way. I could not be more pleased -- better than what I made myself!

When you don't have time to make stock or glaze, this is really handy!
