He Shou Wu Powder Extract Organic 20:1 Concentration (2oz - 57gm) Prepared Fo-T

Due to a bulging disc low in my back I had under gone 3 epidural steroid injections between December 2014 and February 2015. It helped so so with the pain but the side effects were terrible. About a month ago I started researching ways to bring back my energy and quell other symptoms I was having. I ordered He Shou Wu from VitaJing through Amazon. I have received NO discount or free product for this review. It is my honest opinion of this amazing herb. I received my package on 9/18/15. I immediately mixed a teaspoon of the powder with water, shook it and drank it. Taste-not great but not terrible either. It does grow on you though. A teaspoon was too much for me to start with as I developed a headache. The next morning was a Saturday and when I woke I mixed 1/2 teaspoon with water and drank that---no headache. I continued on this 3X a day for the next week. I was able to increase to 1 tsp 3x a day without any more headaches. I felt like I needed that much because I think the steroids had thrown my adrenal glands into almost shutdown. I am feeling fantastic now compared to a month ago. Thank you, VitaJing. I will be re-ordering!

I just started to use this herb 5 days ago now, and started with a half of the smallest dosage (1/4 tsp) reg serving size are 1/2 -1tsp. I am now up to 3/4 Tsp twice daily and will get to 1 Tsp twice daily ( Lord willing). I have (Asthma and acid Reflux) so I choose to be careful and caution and feel my way with this and any other herbs alike. I have notice a cool and calming effect as well as my entire head has itched a lot, ( hair growing in process:) and I do feel more relaxed and at times, yarns when I take it without something , because of my acid reflux I eat a small piece of a banana sometimes a few min before to coat my stomach. In this short time of usage, I notice that my acid reflux doesn't bother me much( almost feel non existent) and am hoping it goes away completely and my immune system get healed and my digestion gets and work much, much better than ever. Also for my hair to grow , not be gray anymore, ( except the exceptional gray hairs) and to be extremely vitalized with in the next 2 months (8 weeks), I will update this review at that time, Thank You.

I am an Asian girl in late 20s and have some noticeable gray hair. I did some research about premature gray hair in my language and found out about this herb. Since it has so many good reviews, I give it a try. After one week of using it, I notice my hair feel smoother, I have way more energy than before. I do exercise for 30 minutes every day before I took this herb but still don’t feel that much energy like I do now. I have a skin condition called psoriasis, and my dermatologist told me there are no medication or treatment for this, she just gave me some thyroid cream, it helps somewhat. After using this herb, my skin is smoother and those red dots almost gone. Since I started this herb, I stopped using the cream, to see if it help my skin health, and yes it does. I never write such a long review for any kind of product before, but this product amazed me. I’m still not sure if it helps for the gray hair, but it definitely improves my hair and skin health. It could be different type of body absorb it different way. Overall, I think it is a great product to improve hair, skin health; way better than those tablets which claim great for hair, nail and skin health sell in the pharmacy. P.S : I have been used the vitamin for hair, nail, skin health for years, it doesn’t help my psoriasis skin condition at all

No changes, used for 2 months

I only just began to use the product so I am not able to give a fair rating at this time. In addition this is my first time using He Shou Wu so I have nothing to compare this particular product too. My intention is to use for at least 6 months before I will make any judgment. I am a little disappointed at the 4 oz size is unavailable. I hope this is only temporary since I was looking to stay with this brand for the full time. I'll look again before I run out if not I'll have to switch brands.

I was so excited when I rediscovered this herb as it has helped me immensely in past using the pills. I was fairly disappointed with the quantity that arrived, I had to do a double take when looking in the bag to make sure it wasn't empty. The package indicates 23 servings, using the spoon provided, I measured 15. I am very satisfied with the quality as I have responded to the product, however, I am very disappointed with the quantity. I certainly didn't expect a nearly empty bag.

i super love love this powder.It shipped on time.I usually take it morning and evening.I have seen a great difference especially in my balancing my hormones.Since I started taking it I have not stopped since I can tell a major difference in the way I feel. I believe it is also helping in my hair growth journey. My hair seems to be growing pretty fast lately.It kind of tastes like coffee mixed with an earthy herb. It is easier to use it with hot water since I realized that it is very difficult to use it with cold water unless you are using a blender. I usually warm water first thing in the morning and stir and drink before it gets cold. I repeat the same process in the evening before bed. I am now so used to it and I really like the taste now. You could also blend it with a smoothie or add to your favorite drink. I just find it is easier to grab some water, warm and drink.It comes with a small scoop for measurement which is an added advantage. It is easier to measure with this scoop than just guessing.I prefer though the kind that has an inside bag than the one without.You end up wasting product if you buy one without a bag on the insideOverrall He Show Wu is a great product.
