Although both are designed to promote the digestion of our cat, the composition is totally different, being the most suitable sensitive food for cats with digestive problems, or severe sensitivities and including probiotics, while the delicate is designed for cats with heavy digestions or of difficult assimilation.
We offer the composition of both:

Hi, will this help with digestion problems? (Specifically, vomitting)

Our cat has digestion problems and seems to vomit after every meal! The vet recommended the royal canine sensitivity food, but this was too expensive to keep up with. Tried this and have had no problems what's so ever... hope this helps
