SlimFast Advanced Vitality 4-in-1 Action Weight Loss Sachets (20 Day Pack)

I found these quite effective regarding weight loss, but found there were some drawbacks. Less than 24 hours after starting to use them I developed severe abdominal pain and chronic diarrhoea. The pain eased off but not the diarrhoea, unfortunately. The taste isn't great, but it's easily remedied by adding a splash of squash. The main issue, for me, is the fact that I have to take medication several times a day and I either have to take my meds at least an hour before or 4 hours after using the slimfast. This can be very difficult for me and lead to missed doses.

Disappointed as the full instructions are within the package so I had to open it to read them and unable to take as not suitable/safe for me to o use so in the bin as it was opened no good

This product definitely works. It makes me feel almost instantly fuller. I have tried things like weight loss tablets previously and they make me feel nauseous due to the high caffeine dose. They always give me trouble sleeping or even resting due to anxiety or a raised heart rate that I can’t stop thinking about!I do not have any side affects to report apart from feeling full.I like how the little sachet is quite discrete almost like a small sugar sachet you add to your hot drink. I had to eat in a hotel with workmates one evening and no one noticed me add it to a glass of water before my meal.The one thing I don’t really like is the flavour the first time I used one I had just brushed my teeth and the taste after that is so bad!It took a lot for me to try again at lunch to realise it’s not as bad as originally thought.Overall the gains far outweigh the bad taste.This is assisting me in a steady 3lb a week weight loss. Have been using for a few weeks and I have to be honest, something does seem to be working. I don't feel the need to have something 'a little extra' after meals and my jeans/work trousers are a little more comfortable through the day.Taste wise, perfectly fine. If you have ever had the pleasure of taking Fybogel its a similar situation.Worth a try if you want to try and curb that appetite, and shed a pound or two...

These do work to help curb hunger pangs....but they are a little challenging to swallow!I really needed to act quickly to mix with a whisk to avoid lumps...and then down it in one. Follow with a large glass of water....and you’re full! It might just be all the water?Ok, if needed.

Twiglets, Quavers and Wotsits have around the same amount of calories but are heaped and more flavoursome

I really wanted this to work as I’ve put on some weight recently. Unfortunately it hasn’t really helped as I’m as hungry as ever after taking these.The taste is like overly watered down cordial.Just 2 Stars.
