Perfect flour for Neapolitan-style pizza at home
I’ve been using this flour with the Ooni pizza dough recipe and the results have been outstanding. Easily the best pizzas I’ve ever made at home. The dough is incredibly smooth and elastic, rises beautifully, and bakes with that perfect light and airy crust you expect from a proper Neapolitan-style base. You really can taste the difference compared to supermarket alternatives and it’s definitely worth spending that little bit extra.
