Had a back operation . So I went to a back store, figuring I would get the best chair . Well I bought the Golden admiral model. Payed $ 1500. Very uncomfortable. My back hurts every time I sit on it . Cushing is very hard. Do not buy. You will be stuck with it for ever. Get ready to buy a new remote every 2 years for $100 bucks. But most of all the chair is no good for a bad back.

THIS CHAIR IS ULTRA-COMFORTABLE AND WONDERFUL FOR SLEEPING. I WOULD GIVE IT FIVE STARS FOR OVERALL EXCEPT IT QUIT WORKING AT THE TWO YEAR PLUS POINT AND AT THIS POINT IN TIME WE HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER TWO WEEKS TO GET SERVICE FOR IT. SOMEONE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT AND CANCELLED. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING THE PLACE WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. ONE E-MAIL ALSO WENT UNANSWERED. GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY I WOULD NOT BUY THE CHAIR AGAIN EVE THOUGH I LOVE IT. SERVICE IS SO IMPORTANT AND WE CAN'T GET ANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I purchased two of these chairs less than 6 months ago. The lift mechanism on my husband’s chair was installed in such a way that the electrical cord to the lift mechanism was pinched and eventually frayed. We where told that this was not covered under warranty. And it will cost nearly $500. to replace the entire mechanism. Almost half the cost of the chair. This is the despicable. The customer service is nonexistent.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
