Hubby loves chopped salads. Very Sturdy and Very Sharp!
My husband loves chopped salads. I purchased this so that I'd be able to make him his favorite salads at home rather than having to pay the extra for pre-made. Excellent value. Very Sturdy. Very very sharp! Cuts right through raw carrots and cabbage. Makes dicing or mincing onions simple. I've used it far more often and for more meal preps than I originally purchased it for. Dishwasher or handwash. On the 1-10 scale: Sharpness is 10, Ease of use 10.

Need a really large bowl to have this work. I ended up just using a cutting board which I could have just used a knife at that point. Sharp but not sharp enough for all produce. I recommend just getting a good knife over this.
