Very Useful
The build quality of mat is really strong & good and it is worth the price.I have placed it near my computer table, so that i can place my feet on it while sitting on computer.It makes you feel relaxed!

Pretty good nothing to complain
Product is decent for the price, no complaints. The acupressure pokes Takes a little getting used to. Try stepping lightly with one step at a time or u can also start with keeping a light cotton cloth on the mat then using it if u find it too sharp. Slowly gets better.

Very Spiky & poky mat
This is very spiky. You cannot stand on it, u have sit on a chair & place ur foot on it else it's unbearable. I was expecting soft rubber spikes if nothing but these r sharp plastic. I m not sure about its actually impact on the body. If you have no idea about it either then wouldn't recommend it. Quality & built is good but not sure about its utility.

Product is durable, price is a little on higher side i bought it for 200 bucks. But overall its a good product. Not sure it will help to remove pain but definitely it will improve blood circulation. And it gives tingling sensation whenever u stand, practice will improve standing time.

Not so bad not so good
MRP on the product is 255. As per amazon, its showing 345 rs. Never buy if the price is more than 255. Also the quality is not that great. Not aure how long it gonna last. Its hard plastic. Even package was in very poor condition
