I LOVE this product!
This is literally the only and I mean ONLY cleanser that has ever worked for me. I have tried Cetaphil, other Clean & Clear products, Neutrogena (you name it). All of them broke me out, no matter how good the reviews were for that product. So, I've pretty much just been using this for the last couple weeks and gave up entirely on American drug store products. Needless to say, when I first brought this home (desperate to clear my skin) I was very skeptical. However, after just two days of using this on my face, I could see a HUGE reduction in active acne and my redness even seemed to calm. Since my skin is hyper sensitive to products, to the point where almost nothing works for me.. I was hesitant, but decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did, because this product has seriously impressed me. Not only does it NOT break my sensitive skin out, but it also actually does what it says. It clears my acne & reduces redness! My skin has never looked better since I started using this product. I don't have ANY active acne anymore, which is a miracle for me. I even like the scent and the tingly feeling on my face when I use this cleanser. I will say that after my active acne was cleared, I reduced my usage of this product around every other day or so, as it can be a tad drying if used often.

This has cleared up the Milia on my face
I have always suffered from Milia and for some reason it was getting worse, I was getting it in the most noticeable places located on my face. I desperately searched for a product that would hopefully clear my Milia, I got on Amazon and came across this treatment and ever since I’ve been using it, all of my Milia on my face has cleared. I have been using it for about 4 months now, and my Milia started clearing after 1 month of use. A little goes a long way with this product, don’t feel like you have to use a lot of product to see results, but this is the only product I use to clean my face. I would also like to add that I have very sensitive skin and I haven’t had any bad reactions to this product.

Great as a staple cleansing mask to have on hand
I don't have particularly problematic skin, but wanted to have a versatile product to have on hand and I like how this is marketed to be a spot treatment, a wash, or a mask. I haven't tried the spot treatment yet, but have done a few full masks and a quick exfoliating wash and the product is very nice. It's got an easy-to-apply texture to it, albeit a little on the dry side. My skin is left feeling very smooth so I really do like the exfoliating factor. Will try as a spot treatment as soon as the opportunity annoyingly presents itself! ;)

Will Update in a Few Weeks
I do not know whether this will make any difference for my skin in the long-term - I only received it yesterday. I have been sort of hesitant to use it, but this morning, I gave in and decided to give it a try. I thought for sure that it would burn and leave me dry because I have extremely sensitive skin and lately, it has been even more irritated than normal (see photo). The paste has a very granular consistency - sort of like small crystals of sea salt. It does not have the characteristic aroma of sulfur and, actually, smells quite nice.I applied a small amount (maybe a penny sized pinch) of the paste to my hand and mixed it with a little water from my kitchen sink. The granulated sugar took a minute to dissolve, so I would encourage you to be patient so that you don't leave feeling like you've sand-blasted your face. After I allowed the crystals to dissolve a little, I noticed that the color wasn't quite what I would have expected from a clay... it wasn't pasty, didn't look dry, and wasn't particularly colorful... really, it just looked like I had something wet and slimey on my hand."I've come this far" I thought to myself, "I might as well give it a go." I put my hands to my face, expecting that instantaneous burn that tells me how much my skin hates me... but, it didn't happen. I thought "well, maybe it's a delayed burn..." and started to smear the water/paste mixture onto my face. Given that this was my first attempt, there's no way I'm letting it sit for fifteen minutes, but I didn't dislike the way it felt and the smell, as I said, was quite pleasant, so I rubbed it around for a good five minutes or so, and then rinsed my face.My skin was not particularly dry. It wasn't moist, mind you... but, my skin hasn't been particularly well-hydrated in 33 years, no matter what I do.Like I said... I don't know whether this will really make any difference in the long-term, but I can tell you that it was nice to be able to exfoliate my face again without feeling like I was ripping off what skin I have left. If you were to ask me, I'd say give it a try... you don't really have much to lose, and even if it isn't the cure-all for your skin problems, it feels good to be able to do something for one's self. Finally, I'd like to caution you that the photo is not the result of this scrub... this is just how my skin usually is... I'm just putting it up so y'all can see how irritated my skin is in hopes that you'll see just how 'sensitive' this product is. :)

A NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!
Ok.... I am blown away with this product and the cystic acne product. I was that person that NEVER had a blemish growing up and I was mortified as I hit my mid 30's and I started breaking out. I developed cystic acne along my jaw and chin which is totally hormonal acne. So I tried EVERYTHING.... proactiv, panoxyl, tea tree oil and the only thing that worked was when I was on Bactrum antibiotics after a surgery. Determined to not live on antibiotics I started looking for products so after spending however much money, I said what heck and ordered three things.... the four in one, the cystic acne cream and an activated charcoal black mask (not from this line). The process I used was this:Day one spread out over 6 hours1. Cleanse with the 4 in one2. Charcoal mask3. Mask with the 4 in one4. Cystic creamDay two1. Cleanse with 4 in one (morning)2. Cystic acne cream left on for 60 min3. Cleanse with 4 in one (bedtime)4. Cystic acne cream left on cystic acneDay three1. Cleanse with 4 in one (morning)2. Leave skin moisturizer and makeup free3. Warm water rinse in the evening4. Charcoal mask (hour before bedtime)5. Cystic acne cream on spots overnight.Day four.Face is smooth, clear and now I will use a dark spot lightener daily to remove the blemish marks.I am blown away by these products.... I will never use another skin care product again.
