It works very well most of the time, but I noticed that I still have to watch what I eat. My digestion is very sensitive to meat, starches, rice, potatoes, yogurt, prone towards constipation, since I was in my twenties. This product works very well if I stick with healthy clean diet of primarily fruits, vegetables, fish, seafood, grains, legumes, eggs, salads, etc. that are better for you anyway. If I try to introduce more meats or starches I still get constipated. However, I love it because for the first time in years I’m able to have regular, smooth, bowel movements, 2-3 times per day. I am slim, fit, trim, flat stomach, no more of that sluggish, bloated, feeling from constipation. I look good and feel good, slim and trim. But you also have to remember to drink plenty of water. It is a little bit on the pricey side, I’ve tried other products that work just as well no longer available. Two pills in the morning and in the evening work best for me. I highly recommend this product.

I was looking for something to help with the daily uncomfortable ~ bloated feeling and 5-7 pounds of weight gain and came across this on Amazon. I was a little nervous at first and concerned about what side effects may occur so I only took half the dosage. Let me tell ya, I couldn't be any happier with the product! Don't even hesitate!!! After getting started with day 1 and 2, I have felt so much better. Even lost a couple of pounds just like I had wanted in the first few days. I don't "feel" hungry anymore. I just don't have that urge to keep eating like I did before. I just feel REALLY GOOD and happier! No side effects that I've noticed. Don't hesitate!

The product takes about 24 hours to start working The first week was rough, but the second week was better. It gave me more energy. Less bloating. Less inflammation. It definitely helps to reduce your urge to eat junk foods. Unfortunately this product does not seem to be available

Recently my stomach started hurting after every meal but not anyone else that was eating the same thing. I knew I had to do something about it so I decided to do a stomach detox. After researching reviews and different products on Amazon I selected this one. It started working right away. My stomach has not hurt at all since I started taking these. I had recently lost about 12 lbs and started gaining some of them back but these quickly took them back off as well. I even recommended them to my friend who was having stomach issues and she ordered them right away. Update: I’m now up to 4 pills a day and have lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks.

I have ordered this product before and it did exactly as advertised. It even gave results compared to other reviews. This time it did absolutely nothing. After two weeks of use, it hasn't produced any bowel movements as I had previously experienced. No bowel movements at al. It was a waste of my money and time, definitely not a value for the money.

Written on Dec 14 2022: So the formula absolutely has to be different from it was maybe back in the earlier parts of the year (Jan-Apr 2022). This newer one comes in a two-tones green capsule, half of it is light green and the other half is darker green. The original came in an ALL dark green capsule. In comparison to the original formula, this current version is nowhere near as effective. I kid you not, I lost 37lbs by cycling two bottles of the original formula back to back. Was it an unhealthy thing to do? Probably. But do I care? Absolutely not. I started taking the detox weighing in at 211lbs and ended it weighing 174.6. I didn't feel like eating and anything I put in to my mody would pass strait through me and end up in the toilet. Sometimes I had to make myself eat, at which point just the taste of the food would make me feel nauseated. It was glorious. No other supplement that I had EVER tried in over 10 years of using supplements worked as good as the original formula did of this detox did. I am super sad to have experienced such a fantastically working product and started making plans on how I was going to cycle 1 or 2 detox's throughout the year (separated this time) to keep myself cleared out, only to find the next time I used it, it was different. Please bring it back. It may not be noticable to someone who has never taken it, but this current one had me bloated, not clearing the colon as often or quickly and still had urges to eat certain foods. It was a night and day difference that I caught on to after 2 weeks of using.

I've been using detox one every other month; I travel a lot internationally and sometimes i need a detox especially if i came from a third world country. These pills will flush everything out; if you've never done one before for sure a few pounds over the course of the detox. It'll also help with bloating; i usually carry one when i go out and take one after eating.

I always use Detox One when I take a detox. It definitely works and I feel better after using it. Excellent value for your $$$. I have tried others and nothing compares! I normally go to a local store for it, but it’s 2.5hrs away and I thought I would try autoship. When I got the product it didn’t have cellophane in the bottle, which it normally does so I contacted Nutra One, and the confirmed that Defyned One is a legitimate distributor. I definitely recommend the product and the distributor!!! I’ll be on autoship!
