This is an excellent quality chocolate mix. I first discovered it while travelling in Switzerland and I have been importing it long before it was available on Amazon. It is pricey, so waitinf for a sale on multiple cans is wise, but don't hesitate, your family and friends will love it. You can add some Hershey's cocoa powder to this to stretch it a bit. I would also suggest adding Grand Marnier, or another brandy to really create a treat! I start by adding a small amount of filtered water and heating it till it makes a smooth sauce, then add whole milk and liquor. Stir constantly because if you burn it you have to throw it all away. Remember that it is a crime to discard alcohol on Earth. You will be punished when you leave the planet.

This is the great cocoa powder on the planet, period. My family discovered it while travelling in Zermatt, Switzerland. Best hot chocolate we've ever had. We drank it pretty much every day (at our hotel, on the slopes, at restaurants, etc.). The BIG bonus is that this powder is so fine and dissolves instantly without even stirring it much. You will not have clumps of undissolved powder in your hot chocolate if you go with Caotina. It even has vitamins in it, so it's good for you. Trust me, this is the best you can get. I used to pay a fortune to buy this from a seller in Switzerland (the shipping cost me more than the product) so I'm thrilled I can now buy it on Amazon. What a deal!

You cannot buy a better mix for hot chocolate. Fell in love in Switzerland and am so glad to find it here. Many use in their coffee--I like that warming cup of hot chocolate on a cool night!

The chocolate drink powder is amazing. Ran into it on a Rhine cruise . One of the canisters arrived sealed but without its lid which is why I didn’t give five stars

Like others, I discovered this in a overseas hotel, but I found that at home it was a little more powdery than I liked. One solution: I also found if added to freshly ground coffee beans and poured through filter paper, the result is a great afternoon eye-opener! Back to grading papers!
