This is a review of the Vitafusion Extra Strength Melatonin Blackberry 5mg 120 count Gummies.Summary – I have a terrible time getting my mind to shut off at the end of the day to get a good nights rest. I have mainly been using Tylenol PM and diphenhydramine. Tylenol PM does typically work but sometimes it will not for some reason. Since it has acetaminophen, I do not like to use it much. My main sleep aid was diphenhydramine. This causes dry mouth and I found for some reason it prevents me from sleeping if I am not able to get to sleep within the first hour.When I read about this, I was skeptical but thought it would be worth looking into. I have been using these for over a month now and could not be happier. Unlike most sleeping pills which can cause dry mouth or leave you feeling terrible the next morning, these have no apparent side effect so far.It is hard to explain how these work. They do not make me tired yet when I am ready to go to sleep, I can do so very quickly now without any early waking up. When I wake up, I am not groggy.Each of the gummies is 5mg and the bottle has 120 gummies. The blackberry is what we have and the flavor is very nice.Did not get to try on a flight yet, however, these are supposed to help with jet lag.While not a factor for me, these are also gluten free.Note – One serving size is 2 gummies which give you 5mg. If you take four gummies, you are getting 10mg. Calories per serving is 15 and this bottle will give you 60 servings.Note – I am certainly not a doctor and if in doubt or unclear of all side effects-dosage or other issues, you should consult a doctor before using.Hope this helps and as with all my reviews, I will update this should something change.

Gummies taste great, do not upset your stomach and work pretty fast.

I love these melatonin Gummies. They work great. Helps me sleep.

First of all, these things taste great. They are a bit higher in grams than some, so I only take one before bedtime when I think I'll need it. Being retired, I tend to be a night owl and often stay up late and sleep late. But when I need to get up at a reasonable time because I have some business to take care of, I take one of these at bedtime and they help me go to sleep at bit earlier than my body is used to. I highly recommend them.

They have a pleasant (not too sweet) taste and they work well; I use two gummies however other people may respond well to the 2.5 mg dosage. Note well: according to the label on the bottle two gummies is a serving of (2.5 mg each gummie = 5 mg); just wanted to point this out since there is some discrepancy among some of the reviews stating various strengths / dosages.Why the 4 stars? The product dries out after opening (yes, the lid was on) and I am finding myself having to dig into the bottle with my fingers because several have clumped together; and there is some drying on the outer surface.Updated: I just purchased these at Target 11.22.17 and several of the gummies are stuck together in a clump; I didn't find this to be a problem because they are easy to separate and two gummies is a serving anyway. If you look at the bags of gummy bears in the supermarket they are clumped as well.So why the 4 stars? It is a hassle getting the gummies out when you are half finished your bottle because the clump is too large to get out of the hole in the bottle and you do have to insert your fingers to extract the gummies.

I bought this because I have suffered from sleep issues my whole life. To this day, I go to bed and lay there for AT LEAST an hour (usually longer) before sleep hits me and it was all exacerbated by working night shift. I have tried everything from journaling to meditation, exercise, reading, other melatonin products and over the counter sleep aids, as well as seeing a doctor.My husband bought these Melatonin gummies to hopefully help me sleep a little better and these are the ONLY melatonin product (or over the counter medication in general) that has helped my sleep issues! It is tasty, easy to take, helps me get to sleep faster, and I don't wake up feeling groggy.My husband does say that these make him a bit groggy, but I've never felt that way and I think he's maybe just a bit over sensitive (he doesn't even need melatonin, he falls asleep the second he lies down).Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this melatonin for anyone who needs an over the counter sleep aid. Even if you have lost faith in melatonin products, just give these a try!Hope this helps!

Ive been using these off and on for years. I'm sure will work different for each person. For me typically one does the job, helps me go to bed fast. Sometimes when one doesn't cut it I take 2, but no more than 2. They don't make me drowsy.
