Shows phone, a bit glitchy
Worked on my iPhone for a couple weeks and then quit streaming any app. Also never worked on my wife’s phone.*EDIT*While the product did not work properly, after reviewing it (4 months after purchase) I was contacted by the seller within 24 hours and offered a full refund or exchange. Sometimes things don’t work as they should, I think their quick response to rectify an issue shows a great standard in the company overall and a high expectation that this was a fluke vs a true fault in the product.

No good for either of us
The media could not be loaded. Didn't work for my phone at all. My boyfriend's phone connected, but Netflix didn't work. We tried watching something on a website but the picture started to lag and distort after a minute. No sound ever came from the tv, either. We started using it as soon as we got it, about 4 hours before typing this. Tried to upload a video showing what I mean, but it wouldn't upload for some reason, even though it was only 24 seconds.I'm sure this works perfectly for iphone users, tho, and I saw that other android users had similar issues. 3 stars, because I'm sure this works well for others and customer support would've helped, but we simply don't want this cord.

I need extra help to connect the cord to the tv and my Galaxy 8 phone so that I can get to watch my movies on here without disruption

Product works fine but does not fit my phone that is why I sent it back.

Does what it suppose to do.
It does what it said it would do. However the quality of the video on the tv wasn’t very good even when it looked good on the phone.

Not easy to set up.
Had to work with the Android device to get it to work. Was not able to connect my iPad up at all.

How to trouble shoot any problem.
Doesn't aloow sound to come thru. Nothing to help trouble shoot.
