Tell Cortland Satin Chrome Steel Entry Lever ANSI Grade 1 2 in.

I first ordered the wrong part for a door I put a Tell Panic Bar on then I returned it to Amazon and got this correct part. Amazon's return policy is outstanding. This correct Tell Exit Device Trim Lever, worked and fit perfectly. Everything was in the box and installation was a snap since I already had installed the interior Panic Bar that it goes with. The fit and finish seem to be very good quality. Time will tell as this is installed just one block from Flagler Beach, Florida. After I installed it, no one other than those who were expecting me to complete the job I was doing, commented on it other than to say it was a nice installation. To me that's a pretty good recommendation. It there were problems with it I would have heard right away. Several hundred different people use this every week. It's all good. I will purchase Tell products again should the need arise.

This handle malfunctioned as soon as I fitted it to the door. could have been a fluke but eventually got my money back
