Worked great for a few months.
Works perfectly. Didn’t even need the teflon tape but great that they included it just in case.Edit: It now sprays all over the place instead of straight. Disappointed.

Not even great for a little while
I was really looking forward to this for the cleaner water and for saving water with higher pressure. At this point, the nozzle sprays water in all directions due to small granules from the beads acting like sand and clogging the tiny spray jets, which is why instead of spraying straight down, there are jets that spray at 45 degree angles. If your wife does not wash her hair every day and wants to try and keep her hair dry, this ends up dispelling that idea. And for some strange reason, the water is not as warm as we are used to with our previous shower head. The benefits we were supposed to get are outweighed by the issues we are encountering and will return both of the shower heads we got. Bummed that it didn't work out as we had hoped.

Worthless
The product quality did not meet anywhere near the written description.The product was cheaply made of lightweight (breakable) material.Water pressure was decreased NOT increased as stated.Connections leaked though properly installed.What a waste of time and money.

use lot of plumber's tape
It all works great if you follow the instruction. The only issue I have is the holder that holds the showerhead isn't tight enough to grip it well and allows the showerhead to move a bit. The force causes it to change its direction by a bit due to the hose and all. But, it is a minor issue.

Perfect shower head!
This is the best shower head ever. The pressure is perfect. We’ve bought a million different kinds - all the pricey ones, and decided to try this inexpensive one on a whim. We are so glad we did! We bought one for every bathroom in our house. It’s great!

Works wonderful and is an excellent product!
I recently wrote a bad review of this product but the seller sent me a new product that is working just fine now. They even sent me extra replacement beads. This product is wonderful! I can tell the difference in my skin and love using it.

Well worth it
This shower head is amazing. Feels like you are at the spa. I bought two, only had one installed. One of my kids took a shower in my bathroom and asked when they were getting one. (:

Best shower experience ever
My family loves this showerhead. It provides the soothing rainfall shower my wife likes, the slight pressure and rainfall my son likes and the full on stream pressure I like when I take a shower. Easy to install and also easy to switch between modes. Best shower I have had in years, I highly recommend it.
