I have a 2008 Roketa aka (Jonway) scooter with a GY6 150cc Engine. This CDI unit worked fine. When I asked the question if it would work for my model scooter I was told otherwise. Almost like someone was getting me to buy something I didn't need. It has a 6 pin AC CDI.

it took less than 5 mins to install and within 10 mins my moped was back running

Not only the number of wires is important but socket shape is too...
Looked to be a nice part, but not compatible with taotao bull150(horizontal)or rhino250(vertical) as this cdi female housing is rounded and my Male connectors are squared. Bummer have to return and get another model

49cc Gy6 Bentelli Flash
Exactly what I needed for my 49cc Bentelli gy6 scooter. Did a lot of research trying to diagnose what was wrong with my scooter, thought it can't hurt to snag a new CDI since it's so cheap anyway. This and a new starter solenoid- both from Goofit fixed all my issues!

Motofino 50cc moped up and running
I had starting issues with my Motofino 50cc starting, This CDI box went in very easy and now I back riding again.

Used it to keep for backup! Don’t want to get stuck, When I should be moving to get my work done!

Zero stars if possible.
Replaced OEM CDI on my Kymco Agility 50 in order to get rid of the throttle lag and bog.Burned out two fuses immediately, so bypassed the fuse and the box popped, burned a hole in the side and started smoking.
