Jiffy Banana Muffin Mix, 7 OZ (Pack of 12)

Could not find this locally. This muffin mix makes good pancakes, waffles, dump cakes, cookies and muffins.

I grew up eating these cornbread muffins. They are easy to make.

I liked the size and value.

Misleading information I thought I was getting 8 pk and only one box came for $7 that is way too much and I can’t return it for credit or anything rip off

These biscuits are so easy to make and always come out perfect. You can also use this mix to make delicious buttermilk pancakes. Inexpensive and always good. Great for strawberry shortcake too.

This is similar to other Jiffy products. The package makes 6 standard size muffins, or fewer if you make bigger muffins. I like the flavor. The tops are crispy, and the texture is somewhat coarse compared to other brands. These are not overly sweet. You need one egg and 1/4 cup of milk to make them.

These muffin mixes are very difficult to find and although they may be a little more expensive than in the store, if you could find them in a local store, they are worth the purchase. They are different recipes you can use this for in addition to muffins… pancakes, etc. my daughter was thrilled when I added these into her Mother’s Day gift.

I use this to attract rats when mixed with baking soda, and they love it to death

It tasted strange and I couldn't figure out why until I read the ingredients. They use lard. I'm not a hundred percent sure but I think that lard is not used in packaged muffin mix or cake mixes made in Canada for health reasons. I find it disturbing that a company would be using lard instead of vegetable shortening in 2024. Very unhealthy and the taste is disgusting.

My mom loves this mix. It tastes amazing and is so easy to make.

Thought I'd get this to try but it is significantly out of date and non returnable. I'd get it from a better seller in future.
