I knew I was not buying any kind of professional or commercial type glue gun so I am basing this review with that in mind. This was an inexpensive hot glue gun and it worked perfectly for my crafting needs. It heats up and melts the glue which is strong with no problems. I made a wreath for my door and needed a stronger glue since the door opens and closes and plus wind coming through the screen door, I didn't want my wreath being blown apart. The glue gun worked great! I just wish someone would put a weight in the bottom of the handle part so when it is put down the wire doesn't knock it over on its side since the gun part is so lightweight. (It doesn't sit on the little built in stand but falls on its side when I put it down since the wire leading to the plug is stiff and probably weighs more than the glue gun does.) I used it on my stone counter top so I had no worries of a fire/burn marks or even glue spots but this could be a problem if someone was using this on a wooden table or had other things nearby and they put the gun down (say they walked away to answer the door or phone) and they thought it was upright but it fell over as soon as they walked away or even fell off their table onto their linoleum floor. The tip does get very hot and I can see where this could do some damage. As long as you (adult) use this knowing these things and using it with that in mind, it is a great little inexpensive glue gun for those occasional needs and I would recommend it. However, if this is something you would be using constantly, say you have a craft business online so you would use it often, I would recommend you to get something with a stand that is more stable.

This is a really nice hot glue gun. It is very light weight and easy to use. It heated up incredibly fast and and the trigger only needs a light pressure to get the glue through and melted. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't leave any drips hanging while sitting. It also has a stand that keeps it off the table and safe. Even when the glue just melted, it was safe for me to touch it, to press my gems in. The pack also comes with a ton of extra glue sticks, a great plus. No cons, great to have for crafts.

Its perfect. I don't use glue guns that often, and when I do it's only for small projects, so I didn't need a full sized glue gun with all the bells and whistles. This is exactly what I needed. Its small, light weight, and very easy to use. So far it doesnt drip, and the glue slides through easily in its own. I can't attest to durabilty since I've only used it a few times, but everything else about it is perfect for me.

Like the on-off switch. Heated very quickly and worked well. The sticks do seem skinny, so it's good it came with a small stash of them. A nice holder to keep it from tipping over would be kool, and something to keep any dripping glue from getting on the counter would be nice also. That tiny little stand is not very good. I'm constantly worried about getting burnt with it.

Maybe I just have an old glue gun, but, I love the on/ off switch and the rubber tip makes for easy cleaning. I love this has a swivel cord and a stand (Very sturdy). It also heated up before the 2 mins that the manual said it would take. I don't know why I thought it would do magic but of course it drips glue when hot. I don't how many people already know this but if you pull back the glue stick a little, it doesn't!

It's always hard to choose an item I need on Amazon, because of the many options. This one didn’t have many reviews, but the price was right and it looked good, so I ordered it. Well, I’m not disappointed! First of all, I’m very pleased with all the extra glue sticks. Next, I never knew how many times I would be using it. My grands got the last one I ordered, so I was overdue for mine. It glues great, has never “clogged” up on me yet, and generally is everything I was looking for. I would recommend!!

I used this glue gun to pull a dent out of my car door. It did a good job, but my only issue with it is that the "barrel" portion gets extremely hot to the touch. Otherwise, it's a good product.

I thought I originally received a broken product or that it was taking ridiculously long to heat up. I did not notice there was a power switch on the side of the handle. Once the hot glue gun was on, it heated up quickly enough, and using the hot glue gun worked perfectly. No issues with it, melted the glue consistently, and bonded my first project with this glue gun perfectly.
