However, as far as products go... I really love everything about the way this company presents itself, it's design, it's product and how well the product performs. It has a great warranty (my last one from a different company died in less than 5 months with no recourse), and it came with a bunch of great stuff, including this weird little paddle (the green & white thing) I couldn't figure out at first was a cleaning utensil, and now I really love. It helps you pull the hair from the brush.At almost 30 years old this year, I had spent most of my life hating my hair with a passion. I would wear hats, I would wear wigs, I could not figure out anything that could make me happy... and it's because I was completely inept with styling tools and doing anything that wasn't simple. So I was beyond happy when someone recommended a straightening brush to me in the first place. Then I stumbled upon the best heat protection spray/frizz stuff ever... and I don't know what happened, for the first time in my life, I'm confident with my hair. So if you're on the fence about getting one of these, because you really have tried "everything" and you still hate your hair....I don't know, maybe try a straightener brush. All you do is brush your hair with it....and it changes things a lot.This brush though. I can not have enough good things to say about it. It came with everything! A heat protection glove (especially great if you have thick hair like me and need to go all the way up to 450 degrees!), the cleaning tool, a silicone bag to protect it, OH and the cord swivels. I absolutely love the shape and curve of the actual brush, and the sturdiness of the design. I can't see this thing actually needing replacing any time soon, honestly... and that makes me happy because I'm tired of buying stuff on Amazon and having it fail on me.Of all the purchases in the past 2 years on here I've made, this is easily one of, if not the best.... and I wanted to share the pictures of what it does to my hair, so you can see. That is what my hair looks like after being blow dried, and then straightened with this brush, which doesn't take long at all. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes, and my hair is super thick.

I love my new straightening brush. The time I save is incredible. The cord is a good length allowing you to plug in and still be able to move around or reach #long hair problems! My hair is also naturally wavy, frizzy, thick and always has to be straightened if I don't want to look like I just rolled out of bed. A regular straightener takes about 12-15 minutes to straighten it all. I found this brush gets it done in 5-8 minutes and its EASY! No more fumbling with a comb in one hand, straightener in the other reaching awkwardly around so I don't burn my arm... I simply sectioned my hair into 4 parts starting with the bottom and with one sometimes two passes of the brush I have flawless shiney, straight hair. The only thing I would change is being able to control the temperature by single degrees or by 10s instead of big jumps from 380 - 410 - 450.

Love this brush! Heats up fast and is easy to use. Straightens my wavy hair in no time. Only drawback is causes some static but found some hair serum to help. The cord is long and swivels. I love that it comes with a silicone sleeve so I can put it away without waiting for it to cool off.

Very easy to use and works pretty well. Unfortunately after 4 or 5 uses it no longer heats up to 450 and it has become difficult to turn on. When I am able to finally get it on it does work just doesn’t get as hot as it first did so I have to spend more time with my flat iron afterwards. I’m reaching out to the manufacturer to see if they will honor the warranty. I’ll update y’all

Hi out there. I have kinky wiry curly hair and sometimes I want soft straight hair. This new tool is perfect and easy to use. I've used other flat irons and this is nothing like them! This tool smooths my wild curlys out and as I've been growing my hair out, I'm going to enjoy having the flexibilty to smooth my curls or leave them as be. Also, as this is a dual voltage tool - it will be perfect when I travel overseas. I'd give this a 10 out of 10!

I never straightened my hair before because of pure laziness but now I use this a few times a month. It’s so easy and quick, you can make it look super nice and bring a curl to your hair easily. Or you can just do five mins and get quick control over your hair to get out the door. I waited years before buying something resembling a brush because I didn’t expect it to be this easy to use. Wish I didn’t wait. I’ve used it maybe 15 times so far, still works like day one.

Wish I could give it less than one star ...I t Powers off every time you use it cuz your hand is on top of the power button it did not come with a sleeve as pictured and it does not get hot enough to do anything my hair. I wish I had taken the time to do the return before I just opened Amazon now to setup the return and my window of return time has just passed a few days ago and now I'm stuck with a device that was a waste of money

I was getting ready to buy an expensive name brand one like this, and saw this on lighting deal and had very low expectations...but I thought, it's a lot cheaper-what the heck... I am shocked that it actually works. I mean, I have thick wavy hair and this is easy to use on it. It heats up quickly and my hair is soft and silky when I'm done. The process takes me about 5 or so minutes. With my regular Chi flat iron it takes 15-20ish. My only complaint would be how easy it is to hit the buttons and change settings while you're using it.
