Brings back fond memories.
The first Saturn game I ever owned, and I love it still today!

Great game for a great system!
Not many people realize but Tomb Raider was first released for the Saturn in late '95. While most people remember the PS1 version most fondly, the Saturn version is just as good. While the graphics are not as superb as the PS1 version, the gameplay and the fun of this fun action/adventure game is still there. A must-own game for your Saturn collection and can be found pretty cheap.

Tomb Raider: Sega Saturn Original
Many people remember Tomb Raider (TR) on the Sony Play Station. TR I-III are some of the games that made Sony's first system a hit. What most people don't know is that this game released on Sega Saturn and PC first. So when you see people refer to the Saturn version as a port, they are incorrect. It was the original release. This is an amazing game no matter the system! The graphics are dated. If you want the original experience or the first TR game in your collection of games, buy this. If you want an updated version, check out TR: Anniversary. It is the same game on an updated game engine with a new visual graphic overhaul.

It's Tomb Raider, need I say more?
It's Indiana Jones in hot pants and a pointed Madona bra, but much more fun. In 1995 when I first rented this game I was Blown away at the huge worlds and free standing 3-D game play. I just got my S.S. and only had two games, Panzer Dragoon zwei, and Clockwork Knight 2. I was told it was a smart thing to rent a game and see if you liked it first, so I did and was hooked on the Raider. I love the whole series. I have it on S.S., Dreamcast, P.S.P., D.S., and four of them on my PS-3, ( counting the brand new one ) but my Saturn one is still my favorite. If a person was to see it on the Saturn for the first time now, well, they won't be overly impressed. The graphics are choppy, and the control to some is sluggish, but the game when it first came out was original and huge. ( I like the graphics and control even now ) If a person could see it the way we saw it back in the day, this old school game would open a whole new world for them. Lara Croft is a gaming institution unto itself, and it all started here on the Sega Saturn. I still love playing T.R. on the S.S. even today. If you haven't played T.R. on the Saturn please give it a try, you won't be sorry. The worlds are grand, the story is epic, the puzzles are tricky, the enemies are many, and the game takes place in the four corners of the earth. It's the game that made boys love to play the girl. Lara Croft Rocks !!

Great Classic
A must have for your collection as the first Tomb Raider game. This game can be a lot of fun with all the puzzles and different enemy types. I personally like it, but find the controls slow and sluggish. Though it's a great game in content it's not one I plan on finishing.
