Earasers 19dB Noise Reducing Earplugs w/Case - Extra Small

I'm an orchestra/concert band musician who plays both bassoon and alto saxophone. I wanted some ear plugs that were both comfortable and effective. After trying another brand, which really muffled the sound, I decided to give these a try. What a great product! First of all, as others have said, they are incredibly comfortable. You can hardly feel them, and they don't cause itching. And while they dampen sound considerably, they don't muffle it. My main complaint is with sizing. I wish there were a way ahead of time to know which size to order. The company does have a sizing tool, but there's no obvious way how to get ahold of it. So, knowing that I have small ear canals, I started by ordering the size small. Wouldn't fit. So, I returned them and got the extra small (which supposedly fit 2% of the population), and they are perfect! My only other complaint is I worry that, without a string connecting them, one might easily get lost. Well, I'm a fairly cautious person, so I'm not too concerned, but others might have an issue with this.

These are fantastic! I work in an ice cream production facility 8+ hours a day around extremely loud equipment, and these allow me to still hear my co workers, but cover up the excess loudness of the machines moving throughout the shifts I work. They fit perfectly, and stay in tight. Invest in some hydrogen peroxide to clean them every other day, tho!

These work wonderfully for orchestra. I use them when I sit in front of a trumpet player. Great noise cancellation.

I have been dealing with tinnitus and hyperacusis for some time. I've tried at least 10 different earplugs and I have to say these are the good ones. Just make sure you choose the size correctly, there are from extra small to large. They are extremely light, they lower the noise level to make it comfortable, I have used them at parties with very loud sound and live music. I honestly don't know what I would do without them.

I got this earbuds for my dental hygienist wife. After a couple of weeks of usage she started to feel discomfort on her ears. Also she could not hear her patients or coworkers at all.

Great product but hard to find the right comfortable fit. Would still highly recommend.

My husband and I use these at concerts/shows and strongly suggest them to everyone! I had the small ones before and they didn't fit correctly / I ended up losing them. I re-ordered and got the xsmall and they fit way better. (Didn't realize my ear holes were extra small but, here we are!) They really help with reducing the crazy loud noise and we are able to carry on a conversation and still hear the music without more damage to our ear drums.

I used Earasers website form to check the size for a small 8 year old. They didn't respond. Even the Extra Small size seems too big for her ears. Despite getting the best seal possible, she found no change in sound. Much cheaper alternatives were easier to fit and more effective. Additionally, the Earasers are supposed to be orientated using coloured stripes. As you can see from the photos, one has the strip on the wide portion (where it should be) and the other has it on the narrow portion. How did that get through quality assurance? For an expensive, premium product, this is a total failure. I now need to work out how to get a refund since Amazon only offers ParcelPoint drop off as an option, but there are no locations in my large regional city.
