Good alternative to standard batteries - but does not fit Hubsan 501 Professional/Advanced controller b
Purchased this because it was supposed to fit the Hubsan 501 professional/advanced controller. It does not fit, but I don’t mind taping the compartment door shut in order to use it. There are other batteries which will fit if you just look for them.The battery works very well. I’ve flown my Hubsan for about 2 hours without recharging this battery which operates the controller. Appears we’ll built. Except for being too large to fit into my controller, I’m very satisfied with it.

Came Early Works Great
Battery works great for Hubsan 906A transmitter. Holds charge and can fly numerous times without having to recharge it.

Great Battery, but Don't Purchase for the Turnigy 9X
This is working well for my Turnigy 9X transmitter, but it required several modifications to the battery compartment that not everyone will want to make. My suggestion, and others (http://eastbay-rc.blogspot.com/2011/10/life-battery-in-turnigy-9x.html), is the LiFe battery below. It will fit it directly without any modifications to the battery compartment or wiring. Just pay close attention to the polarity of the plug.[...]BUT, be aware that if the battery drops below 3v/cell (9v for a 3s battery), it will ruin the battery. So, check it often!

Great battery, fits perfectly in the hubsan advanced transmitter just like I was hoping.

works as advertised would recommend
works like its should just charge it and plug it in I use it in a Hubsan 501S quad copter transmitter and replaces the standard battery pack but the connector is what my transmitter uses so it works great, its. bit of a tight fit but thats not the batteries specs that is the size of the compartment the Quad uses so I in know way blame this product

Dead on Arrival! - Will not hold a charge!
EDIT - Took a total of 6 charge cycles, but it finally holds a charge. smh will go with a different brand next time.

Perfect for the Hubsan Advanced Controllers!
Bought this to use with my Hubsan 109S controller. It fits perfectly into the compartment and works like a charm.

Works well
Fit is a but snug in my Hubsan transmitter or it would have gotten 5 stars. Aside from that I'm satisfied. 10 to 15 flights before needing a charge. Could probably get a few more but I see no need to push it.
